When dropped off was charged an additional $603 cause of where I dropped it off. When rented told them I was driving it to bluefield wv and they still put it as local and when dropped off got charged $483 for wrong drop off.

Brad MThe truck was nasty, I had ordered a appliance hand truck and a furniture dolly when I arrived and after spending 30 minutes trying to get access to the truck because all the pictures that had to be taken and then waiting over 30 minutes to get keys I was told they did not have the extra items I orderer. Then he spent another 20 minutes looking for the, and finally found some. I will be contacting U-Haul about this. I've never had to wait this long for a rental.

Dana HUnfortunately the size trailer we wanted had flat tires, waiting for uhaul to service it. Larger size did ok.
Savany DDon't rent from U-Haul. This entire experience was a nerve wrecking mess. We had issues picking up our truck due to locations being closed and had to scramble to find one open in our area so we could start our move. It took nearly 2 weeks for the truck we dropped off to close our reservation because the drop off location is rarely open. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Edward Hcalled 5 days in advance to make sure the tires on the trailer were ok for a 700 mile trip. arrived at the rental yard to find both passenger side tires flat. had to change the tires myself from another trailer
Garrett DThe first location said I would get credit for turning the truck in early. It was a two day rental. I checked out at 4:30pm and I turned it in at the drop off location before 4pm the next day. The guy didn't know how to do the credit/discount for early return. Said he would check with supervisor who knew more about this. Haven't heard anything so far.

Fortunately, all the people we dealt with were very helpful. Unfortunately, we are very unhappy with U-haul for having to drive extra far for the pick up.
Christopher LOverhaul your computer system I was only using a car carrier for three hours yet the computer said I had it for two days and was being charged for two days finally the attendant did override and correct the error but your computer system is way too hard or you’re not giving training to your attendees
