Clean up the vehicle

there is only one way in and one way out of this location due to being on a regional highway therefore cannot make a left turn out of the parking lot and as such, it means driving through other businesses parking lots and pedestrian zones creating a dangerous situation for citizens and the driver who is driving this vehicle for the first time

To expensive 40 $ more than I was told it would be. I drove fewer km s than estimated And used virtually no fuel Ross

The clerk at the gas station didn't seem to know much. I asked about the sheet to mark any damage. He said he didn't have one and didn't tell me that it is done online now. I was in a hurry and although the truck was extremely dirty I didn't see any damage so I went forward with pick up. I saw the email after the fact for checking the truck before leaving. The cell service wasn't great at the drop off location so it was hard to upload pictures. My boyfriend drove it and the mirrors were so dirty he could hardly see anything in them. The pictures that the company had in the link were of the truck in an indoor setting and it had obviously just been cleaned. It was definitely rented out between being cleaned and me picking it up because the exterior was so dirty. I would suggest properly training clerks at the satellite locations so that the customer is well informed.

Outstanding customer service. The owner of the location took her time to sort out a concern I had about my final bill. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Excellent service all the way.

Ensure gas is at a half a tank, as we were charged for not returning it at half a tank but we received the truck at a quarter tank
