Kelly SThe U-Haul service reps were litterally waiting for us to arrive as the truck had a quick turnaround to another out of state location. Thery actually called us the day prior to coordinate specific tiurn in once they opened and were very effiecient at turn in processing us out with no delays. If you ever have to move/deliver to the Evans/Ft Eisenhower area highly recommend you turn the truck in at Frank Wilson's location.

Ginger GThe truck that was rented to me was dirty, it looked like it needed to be wiped down on the inside and was very old . After picking up my load . I couldn't drive more than 45MPH without feeling like the truck was going to give out.The truck side mirror was broken so it was hard for me to look on the left side of me. They had newer trucks that I saw on the lot I guess I just got stuck with a junk one.

Richelle BLocation is great and staff is fantastic. I did a mobile order that did not work repeatedly... the app is terrible, but walking inside was a refreshing experience. The staff had me in and out of there efficiently. They made my day after trying to deal with the uhaul app for over an hour.
Cameron MIndividual that rented my truck had a lot of problems with the system. So I would recommend better training. A extra charge was placed on my credit card that she said could not be used that I going to have to address.
