Great U-Haul teams Pickup, Return location, and Distribution experience. Truck and trailer were prepared and ready to go. Will use for final move.
Mike CThe pads and dolly I ordered were not in the truck I was given the keys to. I was told these were already in the truck, but I happened to check the truck and they were not there. There was a dolly and pads in the truck parked beside mine, so I got those out. However, the blankets were filthy (muddy and wet and covered in wet leaves)

Mary RTruck's wind shield was very dirty,, brakes sounded rough, pushed almost to floor to stop & brake pads were definitely worn out,, we could hear that the brakes were grinding into the routers,, would rather choose another place if I had to rent a truck again !!
TONYA GRevived truck with 13 miles to empty. Owner very rude. I notified them multiple times of being a self service rental and they still insisted I wait on the employee to arrive at 9 am. Truck had horrible brakes.

Roger DWe were misled bout the charges for extra day and returning the truck which we were not at all expecting. We had to go 30 miles extra to pick up and drop off the truck when one was on the lot we first inquired about and was closer to our home. We won't be referring uhaul for a while.

Kimberely pThere was NOT a truck at the location we were to pick up. We had to drive 60 miles round trip to pick up a truck. I had ordered blankets and tie down straps. They had NO straps. Very unsatisfied.

CLIFTON CUhaul gave the reserved truck away two days before the reservation pickup. The associate was late for pickup time. Didn't do a vehicle walk-through on pickup to check for damage. Somewhere along the way the associate mixed up the reservation number and it didn't match with the drop-off location's records, which resulted in the drop off location calling and saying we were a day late on the return and didn't have record of us dropping it off (even though we had returned it 2 days early). Very friendly service, but seemed a little disordered.

JOHNNE CFirst of all it was very confusing because I wasn't aware that I had to reserve on my phone after I already reserved with the business. It was so inconvenient to have to get a code, pictures of the truck answered all the questions that I already was asked from the business. It took 2 1/2 hours to get the code to work too get the lock off once the code worked, then answered 40 questions at 7:30 at night and take the pictures. I would think if the business already had the truck they could take the pictures. And because it was so confusing I have been charged the 1st time from the business $51,21 and I got charged a 2nd time for $54.54. I would appreciate that the $ 54,54 be reimbursed to my acct since I only rented 1 truck.
