Doug HThe only complaint I have is I would have liked to pick up the trailer a little earlier. They did not open until 8:00 am. But it worked out ok.

Coty Rthe drop off location was closed on the date of scheduled return { sunday } so uhaul charged me an extra day FEE when i had to return on Monday instead . last time i rented from u haul i rented a tow dolly, took it back to my house { 4 miles } and the vehicle would not fit so i returned the dolly within a couple of hours and then they refunded me and charged me a $50 fee. Seems U-HAUL is going to charge you for anything they can. The customer will never be able to understand and read all the fine print, and they know it!! So go ahead U-HAUL and charge your ridiculous fees and drive your customers off, your driving the demand for other rental companies!!!!.
JEFFREY MQuit allowing Athens friendly city to rent ur trucks because honestly I’m considering a lawsuit with slander being one of them and you could have been paid in full but they declined the payment
Megan CThe problem isn't the location. The issue is after two hours of leaving discovering that I couldn't use the rental to transport my vehicle, I returned it and was still charged 50 % of my original bill. This is dishonest business. You got me this time, but you won't again, I won't be back

Jimmy SWas unable to locate this location. Tried to call the phone number for this location provided by UHAUL on my confirmation.This is apparently this is a non working number. Told the lady at the counter and all she could say is that is a number assigned by uhaul and there is nothing she could do about it. I could get better costomer service from a one legged crack whore. Dang you people suck. Called UHaul 1 800 number (None of your options have anything to do with this type situation. Also It said 5-10 min wait. After 25 mins on hold I just hung up. Absolutely useless. Finally found a cop that gave me directions.)
Julian CWas told payment wouldn't come out until I returned the trailer but it was. The plan was to use a different account but that didn't happen. The trailer had a sharp edge on tongue that actually knocked my brother when they hooked up. Overall experience was very good

eric mThe tow dolly roped the bumper off the front of the car when we backed off of it because the way the hooks stick up so caution to any one with a low bumper the car was a 2010 Nissan Altima that had factory suspension so it’s not a lowered car but luckily I got the insurance and I recommend that you pay the extra for the insurance it’s well worth it

CAVELLE BThe first location I rented from on Congress Parkway in Athens, TN initially rented me a 10-foot U-haul knowing I was going out of state. I got there two days before my closing and was informed you couldn't take a 10-foot truck out of state and they had no truck for me. I was livid. He recommended Friendly City Auto Care. The gentleman there was excellent in customer service. He bent over backwards and took his precious time to see I got everything I needed. I was just into PA when the engine light came on. I called roadside assistance and was told to keep going. After several hours, the truck broke down with myself and my two dogs in it. One of my dogs was 16 years old.. When they got there, they found out it was bad gas as to why the truck was shaking. Two hours later, I was back on the road and very distressed over this entire fiasco. My sister was in touch with a manager in AZ, named Cathy, and she was very compassionate and helpful. she even opened up a case for me. I have had a truly horrific experience with U-haul!
GWEN SFriendly City Auto Care was excellent to work with in getting my UHAUL. They were very nice and professional.
STEVE BAll the extra charges,like the environmental charge,.What's that??? It comes out to way to much for a 1 day rental. The rates are to high for a local move. But I must say Friendly City people were great,and very helpful.
Deborah HThe location I picked up at was great, however the truck had issues. They worked with us to accommodate us but the truck issues set us back over 2 hours. Upon arrival at destination we were told we were not given enough miles and were charged for 53 additional miles.
