Paul MHialeah and clewiston locations, good customer service and good people. But I'm very disappointed with u haul corporations my brother rented same enclosed trailer, same day in Cape Coral FL and he paid $130 for the day, and I paid here in Hialeah $240 dollars. Not acceptable., Thank you.

Mauro GI am very satisfied with my experience using U-Haul... --and if I had to say anything about changes being made... I was say, "keep the gas in the truck --at least at a half of tank of gas.. (mines was at a quarter of a tank!) But over-all/excellent! -'

Osmel FWith the numerous choices of uhaul outlets in the greater Clewiston area I find myself always gravitating toward GR's as they never disappoint with their excellent customer service, cherry disposition and their customer is always right attitude that makes me feel special. Thanks for not disappointing.

Howard MI don't know if because I'm Hispanic the person always treats me in a bad way if I want to rent something I prefer to drive a few more miles but don't make a bad face but to go drop something off I leave it because I'm not there for a long time even though it shouldn't be like that the person with nobody because in the end they are not going to ask for anything for free, they do not even do a favor, it is a service that they offer and charge and one pays for it

Sasha GI was over booked after making a reservation a week in advance. No one called, just let me come pick up the reserved truck to tell me they have none. She finally finds one 2 hours away. I drove to pick it up and there were NO KEYS IN THE BOX! I had to sleep in my car with my kids because we had no where to go and were unable to move into our home because of U-Haul, I paid movers and wasted thousands. You screwed up my entire move and money! I will NEVER use this company again
