Guys at this Uhaul dealer were very friendly and helpful on pick-up. Only issue was that the equipment was not "logged back in" on time after I dropped it off later the same day and as a result, I received an email from Uhaul suggesting that I didn't return the equipment. Email had an accusatory tone, as if assuming I'd stolen the car trailer I rented. I didn't care for that at all, but I did receive a receipt later in the day. No email confirming that the equipment had been located and checked-in, no apology, nothing. I can only assume that the equipment was finally checked in, proving that I am, in fact, not a thief after all. I've been renting equipment from Uhaul pretty much my entire adult life and this has never happened after any previous rental.

Location was not great - poorly staffed and maintained
JOSEPH PROVENZANOThe truck I rented only had 5000 miles on it, but the weatherstripping on the driver side door I believe it's a manufacturing issue is very in adequate. The wind noise at 70 miles an hour is horrendous to the point where you can almost not hear the radio I had to tape a bunch of rags around the door frame and that eliminated the problem but it's something that needs to be addressed.
