Pickup and dropoff were easy, and staff was very friendly and provided answers to all my questions on the return and what is needed from me to rent.

Edward WThe vehicle was not clean. There were used tissue and clothing in the back! The indicator for low tire pressure was on and there was another indicator on, but I didn't know what it was for. I let the rep know when I returned the vehicle, but they didn't seem concerned at all!

JAMES WRather than just add the toll amount ($less than $10) to my total bill, U-Haul charges me $30? U-Haul hasn't figured out how to add the toll to the total amount despite this being common among other vehicle rental services? I doubt it; this is predatory. I'm done recommending U-Haul and I'm done using U-Haul. I'm deleting the app and never using U-Haul services again.
Carlos MAll thought this location is close in proximity to my home the customer service is lack luster. At this location the reps wear two caps(an Ideel rep and a Uhal rep) their focus is all over the place. If I'm coming to a Uhal counter I want to feel like I'm dealing with Uhal. Not supermarket drama.

Michelle NClean equipment they're always filthy. If it was in my neighborhood I would never use this location but it's convenience for what I'm doing so I walk with Cleaning supplies and Clean it before I move

michael wBe sure to give all the proper information upfront when people are ordering/picking up their trunk and don't try and add additionally charges after the fact. I picked up my rental truck and was told I was good to go. Later in the day I received a call from Garrido Food Corp asking me if I parked my car in the parking lot which I did. I was told I had to pay a $15 charge. I don't have a problem paying the parking fee however there were not signs saying payment was required to park in the parking lot. Additionally the person who checked me out did not provide any information about the fee for parking in the lot. The person who checked me out admitted he did not tell me there was a fee to park in the lot because he "assumed I didn't have a car" which is his fault lol. So in short I recommend this place informal people of all charges and fees before hand.
Ryan BClearer signage indicating that the U-Haul is located inside the grocery store, in the back corner. Smartphone app did not work, and I had to wait for a long time for the in-house staff to check me in.

And they had the audacity to mention everywhere to "clean up or else we will charge you". Amazed how U-Haul is still in business

Cindy PHave a real person who would check the gas tank of its really half full or not. When I got the van the gas was little bit more then last quarter but It was not half at all.

Javier VLocation of the pickup desk is not labeled, it's just the customer service counter in the grocery store. I wasn't sure at first where to go at first and circled around the store.

Osvaldo MGuy working there was rude & anti American. He conducted a personal cal while I stood and waited to be helped. I had to rebook my reservation due to this mishap and wrecked my day. I was 2 Hours late to my pickup and the vehicle was literally on E when picked up. I couldn't even drive 3 miles. I had to walk to a gas station buy a gas tank and then start my trip after being ignored at location, and having to rebook my trip
