He charged my card an extra 41,23 without telling me why didn't even tell me he did it. The gas was at half when we picked it up and I put it back to half . So thank you for screwing me out of money I didn't have .

I rented and was charged for a dolly and 2 furniture dollies. None of them were in the truck when I checked in online. Submitted that feedback to U-Haul and was still charged for those items that I never got or had a chance to use.

On the corporate side: I had 3 locations to go to, covering some 1000 miles with the town of rental being the last location. I rented from and to drop off at same location. During trip, heavy rains caused flooding within the cab itself (clearance markers), literally flooding. Headliner dropped, everything soaked. Because I had done what UHaul considers an "in town" rental, exchanging the truck was extraordinarily time consuming. Lost a day. You should alter procedures to accommodate this more easily. It was painfully slow. Aside from that, both trucks mechanically performed well.
