Couldn't get into the truck, no one on site. No where to drop off the trucks lock. This was a terrible experience.
Trey WaldmanWaited over 20 minutes outside in the cold because the owner was not there on time to open the store . On top of that got into the U-Haul that had an almost empty tank , when I returned the tank back to what it was I got charged for even more gas as if I hadn't already put $70 in. Not to mention the Uber I had to cancel when the owner finally decided to show up.

I was surprised with the final total cost of the truck rental and part of it was my fault for not replacing the gas used. Overall, I would recommend this location for truck or van rentals.

Tania ClarkI rented a truck for 24 hrs. I did not receive paperwork. The mileage was not checked. The vehicle was not inspected. I was informed about the cost per mile but nothing was said about having the truck filled up upon returning. After returning the truck there was no inspection done. I received an emailed receipt and the cost was higher than I expected. The man who rented the truck to me was pleasant and friendly though.

So you are not providing a useable means of communication. I have been a good customer for years, but I'm considering a change in rental companies.

He was great , in and out the location in 10 minutes. The problem is that I reserved a truck on line two weeks ago that was at a location that was near my home ??. Set the reservation up and the night before I get a phone call saying that I have to go all the way into the city to pick up a truck. Felt like bait and switch I was never given any inclination until the night before picking up the truck that I would have to pick up a truck at a location that was different then the one I reserved on-line

Wayne WendellThis will most likely be my last time using uhaul. I was told to pick a truck up at a location in a very bad neighborhood. I was assured the place was open. I called to verify and a person said they would be open until 3pm. I got there at 1pm and the place was closed. I called the uhaul number and was told the only place that had a truck was many miles from my location even though someone else from uhaul was calling at the very same time and saying they had one closer. The second place I was sent to finally had what I needed, however,the person I got the truck from never checked to see if it was fully fueled and also never wrote down anything about pre-existing damage. It was also in a neighborhood where there aren't many Caucasian people around, so it was very unsafe dropping the truck off at 5:45pm. If I had been aware how uhaul operated, I would have went to Penske or even budget.
