But after calling and talking with this location, they owned up to their mistake, apologized and then fixed/refunded me. Tyler was great and help and very honest/transparent with this situation. I would highly recommend this location for any of your future uhaul needs.

Yuma YI did rental online. Young gentlemen greeted me outside (maybe owner). Told him I needed to rent trailer. He followed me in and in less than 10 minutes we were outside and he hooked up the trailer to my vehicle. J'ai été très impressionné. Will business with them again.

Siraaj AGonnason is an excellent marine dealer. They have wonderful, high-end boats, trailers and all the accessories associated with all marine activities. It just so happens that they also have a U-haul rental trailer program as well! So thank you to Gonnason for availing your business to that. In our circumstances we wanted an auto transport trailer for a small work truck to be towed behind the U-haul moving van. The picking up part of the trailer was a breeze with lots of room to navigate getting the trailer from their storage lot. When returning the trailer, it is the same process as picking up - as easy as store bought pie! Just be sure to do it during normal business hours because the area around Gonnason Boats is filled with violent, criminal vagrants; just like the rest of washington state these days because of the one party political machine in power across the region! God bless you guys and thank you again for making our move out of the cesspool of washington state a reality!

RAY MMy reservation was moved from another location to this one, Gonnason did not have the blankets that i had reserved so i spent the next 2 hours driving around trying to locate the blankets i had originally reserved, very disappointing.
