Ted GBob Gorman is very professional about how he checks out each truck before releasing as a rental. It's nice to have a seasoned mechanic as a U-Haul satellite location. He also makes the paperwork process very easy. We have always had a great experience with him over the years.

John SI wasn't prepared for the difficulty in picking up the truck in off hours. That process was never explained in advance and I was redirected three times from U-Haul customer service to finally get to the proper service rep for help the morning of my pickup. I was on a schedule and it became very stressful to get all accomplished on time. I allotted half an hour for the pickup process and actually needed more time. The return was better suited for after hours and easy to accomplish.

Devon CI appreciate the flexibility U-Haul has created for the rental process. One can do it all online and one can also choose to pick up the phone and speak to the local location. I did the latter and was grateful to have a few simple questions answered politely and professionally. The van was in great shape and the process could not have been any better. Merci.

ADRIANJ GNot well lighted. It was after hours. It was too dark. Drive there at 8:15 pm and see for yourself.
Lana LSame issue with the app for online drop off and camera for miles. Attendant was helpful. However the chart to put in agreement for gas was just wrong and I had to pay extra fees.

Highly recommend going to Gormans when you need U-Haul stuff or any services being sold at this garage. Why can't all the U-Haul pickup sites be a smooth as this one?
