Hole in the wall office. Man was out at lunch at 2pm. Place had no signs where to pull to drop off. I ended up having to unhitch the trailer. There was no sign on the door indicating he was at lunch and the time he would be back. Just a dirt trailer parking lot.

LARRY GWe went to this location (approximately 17 miles away) DESPITE a manned location LESS than a 1/2 mile from our new home. A paper sign said call this number with questions you could tell that even the posted operating times were there . That this location was NOT regularly maned U-Haul should be embarrassed!!!
Jeff EI went to pick up the trailer. The license plate was expired by over a year. The representative said don't worry about it you'll be fine. Also, I want to return a couple of unused boxes that I had purchased from them and he stated that they do not purchase boxes back at that location.

Peter MDropped off car dolly on Friday and the truck on Saturday. Both days were after hours. I both cases the uhaul app would not work for check-in. it could not find location. It's not the fault of the rental facility.

William RPerhaps make the returns check in a little easier. I had to wait about 35 minutes to return my unit. Your employee was working as fast as he could. Ten customers wanting to check out units and one (me) needed to return the trailer so someone else could rent it. Perhaps a check in board or use of an app to indicate the rental has been returned. Otherwise, very good overall.
Ronald LTravis was very helpful and professional. I had to make a last minute change in equipment due to weather and Travis was very accommodating. He made sure I had everything I needed.
GARYJ OI was told to return the vehicle topped off because it was given to me full. I dr I ve the 15 ft van 20 miles and it cost me.$30 to top it off which means either the van gets 1,5 mpg or I was.lied to and the vehicle was not full when I received it. Dishonesty is a deal breaker when it comes to earning my continued business.

JOYCE VI had the trailer for 28hr and charged for a full two days, yet when you reserve you have hourly options. I think I should have been chrged accordingly. The Gosine group was very helpful quick and took very good care of me.

David POnly problem was not their fault. Being from out of town, it was hard to locate the entrance due to road construction.
