Ron GallThe people at this location were great to deal with! HOWEVER we booked a 15ft truck and auto transport over a month before pickup and guess what NO auto transport at pick up time. We drove over 4 hours there to pick up an item that was RESERVED and was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED was not there as promised ! Uhaul you should NOT ALLOW people to keep items when someone has reserved one! Will DEFINITELY NOT use your company ever again!
kerry bergerThe person who assisted me in that location was so helpful and nice, no complaints, but when we did the reservation they sent me all the way there (Gravelbourg Sk) almost 2 hours driving far away from the city, when I was driving from Vancouver BC to Brandon MB, I saw a U-Haul location by the high way near to Gravelbourg detour, and when we did the reservation we choose Regina. 😩😢

Andre BourgeoisI will never rent to uhaul again, I have bad experience. I have a reservation in Moose Jaw SK but the unit is not available. Were I book my uhaul. Instead I have to get it 1:21 mins in my location. Then in Gravelbourg they just leave the unit for pickup. Because the person I talk to they have to go somewhere else. I never hook up trailer before. Terrible not recommended to all very poor customer service. I don't know now the meaning of reservation. :(
Cyrus TanThis location was closed for the day. The agent on the phone confirmed a 3 pm pickup time. And also confirmed A 6x12 trailer was to be dropped off at 2 pm by another renter. The location staff were unaware of these two appointments. They gathered the information and I was on my way. This pick up point added 5 hours to my travel time.

Ngonidzashe KundishoraI had to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up the trailer. A city the size of regina should always have the unit available. Was not notified until I had already driven from yorkton to regina. A friend just says why did you not just rent from flamans. Ya why didnt I.
david revetBe trueful to your customers. This survey does not include the headache to get the rv. I spent 4 hours travel and gas in two different cities, other than my own,to retrieve the trailer. Not impressed and will not use again
Bill DellEverything about the U-Haul was great they managed to get me a 17' on such short notice. I was introduced to the new express check out and picked my U-Haul after hours as arranged. When I dropped off the U-Haul was when it was bad nothing was in the system for my rental I waited 2 hours for this to be fixed. Was told before I picked up U-Haul everything was good to go but turns out something went wrong on their end. I'm glad in the end they worked out the problem but very dissappointed in the express check out not well organized. I will use U-Haul again but will stick to booking and picking up within store hours so proper paperwork is handled.

Kippen KyleOverall, it was not a good experience. I had to get someone to drive me 200 kms away from where I originally did the truck requests. Even After asking if I was going to have any additional costs - there was 600 kms of extra gas I had to pay in order to get a truck. And both my driver and I lost wages at our employment so I could get this truck. I have tried numerous times to contact your company and no one has responded. Originally I requested to have the truck until at least the july 2 - as I was moving 800 kms and could only move into my place on july 1. In June 30, I received a message from the drop off that I was scheduled to return the truck at 4pm on july 1 which was impossible. When I returned the truck...it said I needed to pay more...it was one of the worst service I have ever received
Lesley GawelVery rude. I showed up at 12:30 (online hours stated 9-5), doors were locked, but there was a 24 hour drop box. I googled the phone number for the location to find out where I should park the trailer. The very rude man informed me that if I left the trailer he would be charging me extra for having to relocate it to the proper spot himself and he was on lunch break and I was to wait until 1pm (with 4 kids in the vehicle) and if it was a problem to drive an additional 45 minutes to a different spot to drop it off. On his arrival at 1pm, he was swearing at me, telling me he didn't give a f*** about Uhaul and if I got to eat during the day so should he. Uhaul was taken off the hitch and he proceeded to advise me to "Get out of here". Awful service. Makes me never want to rent from Uhaul since it's my only local drop off location. Make the trip to Moose Jaw before you go to this location!

Deanne DelormeThis was not the pickup location I had requested. Swift Current was the requested pickup location and as the auto trailer was not there I had no choice but to pickup in Gravelbourg. Then the UHaul operator in Gravelbourg decided to be unavailable until late in the afternoon to pickup so I drove from Swift Current to Gravelbourg in the afternoon, then back to Swift Current to pick up the load. From there I had to drive to Regina, arriving at 10pm after driving all day just to bring a truck from Swift Current to Regina. VERY VERY BAD UHAUL EXPERIENCE!!! If there was any other choice I would never deal with UHaul again. Be warned, this company does not deliver as agreed upon, as I had reserved this truck and auto trailer ONE MONTH in advance.
olga rymesWe initially were going to pick up the uhaul trailer in Regina, but were contacted the day before that it was unavailable, even though we booked it over a month in advance. the Gravelbourg location was very accommodating of our situation since we were running a very tight schedule with our move. It was unfortunate that we had to drive an extra 300 km last minute to get the uhaul though. It would have been nice to have a guaranteed trailer in Regina, since I had booked so far in advance.
bradley littleI would not recommend Uhaul to anyone anymore. You did not have the stuff I reserved in advance. U did not have a trailer for my car U did not have an appliance dolly for me U did not have the blankets I ordered. The truck was not ready when we got there. We were told we could drive 3000 miles to get a car trailer, what a joke. poor service overall. talked to a dyslexic lady on the phone today to find out where to drop the truck took 1 hour for her to type in a phone number cause she kept mixing up the numbers. Not sure how you stay in business with crap service like this
Thelma Meekno attendant was at drop off facility when we returned unit. Fuel was slightly above level when we received it. paperwork was not accurate as far as fuel level when we received unit. I can recommend U-Haul for other customers. With reservations on inspecting unit before accepting it.

CHERIE DEOBALDThe owner was on vacation so we did not interact with him - just left the truck on his property and deposited the keys and receipt in his drop box. We appreciated being able to have a drop off location versus having to bring it back to the city.
MELISSA PREFONTAINEGravelbourg was an excellent service provider. I would recommend dissolving your relationship with the Swift Current Rep as I had to make a 3 hour round trip to Gravelbourg to pick up the equipment because SC would not open on Saturday.

Karson BerjianThe truck only had half a tank of gas, the trailers light system was electrically taped together and would short out so I never knew if my lights were working or not, they never did a walk around with me or anything. Very very poor service, was extremely not happy.
