Have used this storage facility for its convenient location to Hendersonville, was able to choose several options in sizes. Always friendly staff, will remain a first choice

When we needed an affordable place to store our extra belongings, the staff helped us out and found a perfect space for us to rent. The prices were so good we ended up keeping the unit for over two years. Super nice personnel. 

The unit was very clean when we stored our household items. Access to the facility and the unit was excellent, no problems whatsoever. The storage fee was reasonable. Using your facility sure beats piling our stuff into a bedroom at the house! We highly recommend Hendersonville Self-Storage! Merci.

Instead of paying for February on 1/31, I paid 2/1, when I moved out. I was not given any refund . Will Not recommend to anyone.

The office was only open during the day, normal working hours. If one needed assistance after these hours, assistance wasn't readily available.

Dirty,un professional My unit got broken into. And no cameras are working. Strong source said my unit was broken into by staff horrible place to trust with your stuff

Never visited my unit at night so don't know about the lighting. Other 2 questions shouldn't have been grouped together as they solicit a separate response for each part.

kind of bossy. everything was around steven`s schedule. call me 30 min before you arrive... Thought you were calling me yesterday....

I was contacted by Steven at the facility within 3 minutes of completing the request on line! The facility was extremely clean, and it was a pleasure to meet and do business with Steven.
