Person who assisted me (Christy) was very friendly and courteous. When I contacted her the previous day, she assured me that she would take care of my needs even if I arrived a little late due to the distance I had to travel. I would recommend this U-Haul location to anyone needing services in this area. It needs to be said somewhere in this review that the U-Haul dispatch was not satisfactory. They sent me two hours out of my way to this location to get my trailer. There were others nearer to where I wanted to pick one up. After calling U-Haul, I was assured there were none available at the dealer I had called originally. They were wrong and the system needs changing. The drop off I was originally directed to was also two hours out of my way. After calling U-Haul dispatch I was able to drop it off at a location an hour out of my way. There are multiple U-Haul stores closer to my destination, one a mile away. I passed a couple more on my way to the indicated drop off location. The system does not work for the customer and seems set up for the benefit of the U-Haul Corportation to distribute their equipment. The individual dealers I rate good. The equipment was exactly what I needed. The U-Haul dispatch system gets a failing grade from me.

Benjamin TI originally was scheduled to drop off the truck and car transport in Spokane, WA. I was at this location unloading my customer's belongings. We unhooked the car transport temporarily so we could unload the truck into storage. The lady who owns this dealership must have seen that car trailer and called traffic to tell them I dropped off in the wrong location. Uhaul then charges my card over $400 for dropping at the wrong location. Instead of coming out and asking what I was doing, she called and is responsible for those charges. I have yet to see any refund and I better be getting it soon because I am really pissed off.

Fred BBe open during the hours you post and more willing to help a customer disconnect a trailer. UHaul was requesting me to get the equipment returned early for more reservations, so I aimed to get it returned first thing in the morning. But no one was there until 25 min. after open time, and it was pretty obvious she was NOT happy with me being there.

We just parked next to another van and slipped the key through the mail slot in the door. Should have had clear, detailed instructions posted on outside of building. We were there at 4 pm.
