The people were very nice at the drop off location but when we rented the truck they left the drop off location open so we could drop off close to home. Then we were sent a message with a location that was not close to us. Had to refuel and pay tolls.

Keri SmithI reserved a truck, an appliance dolly through U-Haul app several days ahead of time. And I had been receiving several emails reminding me the time. But when I went there to pick the truck and dolly, the lady told me there won't be dolly for me. I asked why I didn't notified by that info ahead of time. She never answered my question, just ask me if I still want the truck. Her attitude was like my need for the U-Haul service didn't matter to her and she didn't care about my situation at all. I ended up called 800 number and the lady online was very kind. She helped me located another location with dolly. But I had to spend an hour to pickup the dolly from different location. Nowadays, everyone's time is very valuable. I am not satisfied with this dealer's attitude towards customers.

LINDA BARRETOThis location was terrible. Couldn't find the place. Asked 2 people who worked in the market and they had to get a manager from the back. Truck was wrong size and has less than a quarter tank of gas in it. Has to put $40 in gas in truck and the guy wouldn't account for it. Wouldn't recommend it.

lisa milanoWhen I arrived, the attendant said, "You are lucky you arrived early; I have one truck and two reservations." The second reservation arrived 5 minutes later to be turned away. I also pre-rented two dollies; they did not have one. I had already hired two men to help me move and needed to be out of my apt by the end of the day. If I would have arrived later, I would have been Screwed. We had to hand carry all the boxes, which increased the time of the move and the cost for the men I hired. It's not a business way, especially when representing a National brand.
Garry PerotinDrop off was close, fast and easy. However, I was instructed by Uhaul to go way out of my way to return the truck so I asked if I could go to this location and the representative approved it. It was much closer to my unloading area.

John RojasThey rent a 15' truck, i need a 10', and in the app apears avalibles, i can see in the parking. I have to paíd 4 gallons of gas = $21 and just ride 68 miles, 17 miles per gallons... It's was a 40' truck?. In my pictures you can see that i use maybe 2 gallons

Giovanna DalessandroThe vehicle was in very poor condition. It was so out of alignment the driver had to turn the steering wheel 45 degrees to the right in order to get the truck to go straight. Wen were told by two different parties that it looked like our front wheel was going to come off. We had to have the tire replaced as the poor alignment was shredding the tire making it unsafe to drive on. In addition, the check engine light was on and the air conditioning didn't work. Central Florida and no air conditioning. Really? As for the mobile check-in, it didn't work. Reserved the truck for 7:30 am to get an early start as the store didn't open until 9:00. Filled out the information. Got there at 7:30 and hit check-in on the app and was told I had to rent from the store. An hour and a half delay.

Chris SchrantzI showed up at 3:30 to pick up my 10' UHaul. When I showed up my moving truck was not available. The store was telling me it wasn't available and she couldn't do anything. So I called U-Haul and they got in touch with the family who was supposed to be dropping it off and they said they would drop it off at 4. So we waited until 4 and still no U-Haul. Around 4:15-4:20, the U-Haul was finally dropped off and the lady at the store said she couldn't rent it to me because her manager was not there to do the return, even though I rented it for 3:30. I finally ended up getting a cargo van which was not what I rented, but I had movers waiting on me to get the truck. This caused us to have to make more trips moving than planned. I rented the van for 24 hours, even verified this with the rental dealer. About an hour after I got the cargo van I receive a text saying I only have the uhaul for 6 hours. I tried to call and get this changed to 24 hours like it was supposed to be. Scheduling was closed and nobody else could do anything to help. So after waiting an hour passed my uhaul time, talking to roughly 6 different people at uhaul, not getting the moving truck I originally rented, this was the worst experience with uhaul ever.
Kendyl AdamTook over 20 minutes for us to be helped. I checked in using my phone so all I needed was the key. Was told "they were coming" for 20 minutes while someone else who worked there was not able to help us. Very poor service.

Ryann KapralI did not have a good experience at this location. Truck was not ready when checked into the 24/7 mobile service. After a while they provided me with a very high mileage truck that didn't feel safe driving it. The place wasn't very pleasant. The truck was parked next to a dumpster. At checkout I parked in the same location and it didn't feel safe.
