Vehicle wasn't clean, but I guess it'd be average for a vehicle shared amongst many. One of the tires was low on air. Minimum psi for the tire is 80, but it was at 22 psi. I had to pay to pump it back to 80. Upon returning the vehicle, I noticed that I was charged for the estimated mileage I originally estimated when I rented the vehicle, but the actual mileage I had driven was less.

I can only attest to this dealership and the service I've received is first-class. I will be using them again in the future. I also feel the same about U-Haul of Bensonhurst on New Utrecht Avenue, they are also top-notch.

Everyone should come to this location van and truck are neat and clean I would recommend everyone uses this location very friendly people working inside and the best part store is like a living room also very clean

Gentleman at the counter was nice and courteous. The van was so filthy and smell very bad, like sewer, almost made me throw up. One of the tire was low.

Truck was a disaster. The cab smelled like cigarettes. The back of the truck was filthy, dirty with construction debris and smelled like fish. I had to clean the truck out myself. I made a complaint to customer service 3 days ago and I'm still waiting to hear from regional manager, which it seems like customer satisfaction is not his number one priority since it's been 3 days and no call yet.

The only thing I would say is that dealers should take a more careful approach when it comes to simple things like making sure the tires on all the vehicles are always up to snuff and not just counting on U-Haul's Road Assistance program. It's better for both the dealer and U-Haul in the end. It will save time and money and create a better atmosphere for customers.

It was a very easy transaction to rent the Van. It was very clean and easy to drive. The agent was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend the station.

The truck was dirty stinky, bug infested, and dangerous. Shocks were gone. The oil indi ator was low. The tire indicator said the back tires were low. It was the worst thi g they did was to give me a fifty car .I have pictures. I want my money back They are not representing a good customer service. AnD they have a car wash at this location. I think they are scamming your customers. I want my money back .

This is the second time using this facility to move 1 item . This item is to large to move with out a dolly. I requested a dolly and both time was told that it would be there and it was not and the guy was annoyed that I ask about it and made him take it off my order with he did not ...

I rented twice, first time very old truck odd braking a gas acceleration. Next time I rented the truck it was a newer That was much better experience

I already have recommended it! My rental experience was simple and easy, EXACTLY the way it should be. If I reserved a van using their website… it's easy believe me. The office is very clean and the gentleman who assisted me twice was helpful, patient, and kind. The van itself was new, clean, and the AC blasted 略❄️ Initially, I loved that the van had windows in the back, but the partition interfered for me. I had to get used to that, as well as the split view side mirrors; they seem like progress but still undecided. I will use this Uhaul location again 

I have been a U-Haul customer for a long time and have never had any issues at all with the products and service. It is a very well-run operation that only very rarely has any hiccoughs. I've never had an issue.

The van was absolutely disgusting. It smelled terrible and it was full of trash and the fuel tank was nearly empty when we picked it up. The proprietor demanded that we return it with the tank at least a quarter full. All in all, it got the job done, but it was a nasty and unpleasant experience.

My uhaul was infested with ants I let customer service know the cleaned it out but not good enough because I have ants in my new place

The screen kept saying to add oil which indicates the location lacking maintenance over the vehicles. The engine stalled on me while driving multiple times. Extremely unhappy.

Everything was okay until the very end. I had to keep the van longer than I expected, but fully understand it was something that I kinda messed up. I saw more money was pulled out of my account, that I can only attribute to U-Haul. When I returned the vehicle, I was not given a reason, even after I explained this issue to the office. I still have no idea if they refunded me the deposit. I was told an email was sent, but have yet to see it. It may be there now, as I just saw this text, but I never got an email alert as I normally do.

I picked up the car with not full fuel level but in contract it was mentioned to be full. I return to the customer service and show them. They help me to do dispute. When i return the car , they charge additional 20$ for gas. I call them and explain situation, they said that they will fix, but nothing was fixed. Also there is no dispute was done in the morning. Not honest customer service.

Make sure the vans are clean inside and out for the next family that needs to rent a truck or van . And tire pressure was low also.

Needs to Clean the inside of the truck. Still had used napkins, previous customer contract, and cardboard boxes. Also reserved hand-truck but none available at time of pickup.

The gentleman in charge were very helpful. Rented a 10' box truck for 6 hours. 16 miles in Brooklyn. Gas, taxes, fees. $80. Can't go wrong. Staff was great. Highly recommend

I order i van with dolly. Confirmation approved. When I came, there is no dolly there. Representative said, that they are came to the end. Nice, why I decide to choose this location? Maybe, to take the van with the dolly? It looks good, that they have the van! And I had drove 5 miles, but you charge me for 15! Customer support via phone didn't respont! It's really the honest experience ever - we won't give you proper service, we won't give you the equipent you need, and we will charge you with triple amount for the mileage you pass!

Better guide lines. Host at location wrongfully charge me amount of gas after not providing a full tank of gas in vehicle. I was instructed to bring back the way I had found it. Which was 3/4 full.
