Lighting was poor for nighttime drop off

The office was sparse but what do you really need. The process was sootn and the represetative was friendly and knowledgable. I have no sugestions on how to improve the service.

The alternative location was okay, but preferred to pick it up at the location I reserved it. The guy at the alternative location was professional and friendly. Due to being redirected, my moving project got delayed

The lady at the desk was so rude it was unbelievable. She wanted us to take a car hauler trailer that did not even have a plate on the back. She used foul language which is very uncalled for in a job especially customer service. She told us she could not fix a mistake she made which we found out was not true when we left there and went over to the Tanglewood UHaul location. Kathy at Tanglewood was GREAT and fixed the mess the other rude lady did. Kathy took care of us getting us what we needed and on our way. Thank you Kathy. I would never go to the Schumacher location for anything..

Make sure the office personnel has access to Paper for the copier and Ink to put in the Copy Machine. Do not lock it up and she cannot do anything as needed.

The employees were very polite and helpful. The grounds were clean and taken care of. There wasn't any trash blowing around or stuck in the fences which we seen at a few other facilities. Will definitely use them again if I need a storage unit!

We have rented our unit there for 20 years. It has looks cleaner now with less overgrowth. Weeds at unit doors and sticking door slides are irritating. We were unhappy that since we moved out mid month we didn't get a refund for the remaining two weeks. After paying for six months at a time for almost 20 years and then monthly for the last two months we felt refunding us the two weeks was warranted. Your pricing can't be beat. The location is perfect and we always felt safe.

The father and son who run this facility were very helpful but the female assistant was extremely rude and unhelpful. They also tried to charge me for an extra month after I had moved out.

Don't offer the option of renting a utility cart, etc. when there aren't any actually on location. It sucks ass to show up and be informed "oh yeah, we don't have that" when you've planned your move on having that equipment.

I'll do it again came out of the door yelling and I parked in the wrong spot blocking all other trailers when a person drives up and sees trucks everywhere and there is no help for person to come out and nicely say could you please park here and you haven't even had a chance to get out of the door of the truck before someone comes out and starts yelling. This is not professional got the wrong person at this site.

Yes it was a wonderful experience but I will say there needs to be more lights on the car dollars because you are not visible at night which stopped me from driving at night which delayed my trip by 2 days.

Double check the credentials of the "Mover Helpers" - my movers did not show up at final destination. When I called the number the guy on other end hung up on me. I called him back and he just laughed at the whole situation and said, IDK what you're talking about.

For one you can not have an employee who makes threats, and harasses you when you are at work. And who call and harasses your son who isn't even on the contract. Then makes up three different reasons as to why they added so much more money than what they said. This place is a disgrace. And the woman working there is rude ignorant and a liar. I would never recommended going to this office to rent a U-Haul or for any reason as long as she is still there

I don’t understand why we have to pay for two days when I only needed one.The gentlemen on Schumacher was very professional but he and I could not figure out how to setup the application on my phone going through the steps, very upsetting. 1st trailer bad wiring,2nd trailer wrong hitch, 3rd trailer worked great.

After reserving a trailer for afternoon pickup, arrived at 4:00 and greeted at the door - told they were closed. Informed my reservation was for a 1:00 pickup… never discussed pickup time when making reservation. A gentleman said he would stay to process my rental… (good customer service) however, after trailer hookup, lights were found to malfunction and he said he couldn't rent to me. I had to take a smaller trailer. Credit card scanner didn't work well… 50 minute process to get a trailer- ordeal should have taken 15 minutes! Kudos to the gentleman that stayed after 4:00!!

The rep Ann Marie was very rude yelling at my staff very unprofessional. Truck was still dirty it even had another lady's purse in it. Probably last renter. This is an embarrassment for uhaul me nor any of my staff will ever use this location again, As the operator of two of the 6 main hotels in the area i will make sure to let any of my patrons know not to use this uhaul rep..

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a female that drove up behind me in a car, she was yelling to me even before I was out of my vehicle. I exited my vehicle and approached hers, she was asking me if I had a confirmed drop off for this location, I explained that I was advised by the pickup location I could drop off an a location f my choice. She began ranting about people coming in there and just leaving equipment anywhere they please blocking the parking lot and other rentals. At that point I asked her if she worked there and she said yes but wasn't working at that time, that she was just dropping something off in the office. She then said that I couldn't leave the trailer there because they had no place to park it and that her boss said that if someone doesn't have a scheduled drop off at this location she was not to except the equipment. I had already been to what was Gator Pack and Ship on Sebring Parkway and was told that they no longer rented trailers, only trucks and that would have to go to another location to drop off. They also suggested Harvey's General Supply and Storage as a close drop off location. Eventually the female said that if I could find a spot that didn't block something else in and. Could get it into that spot it would be ok. I proceeded to back it into the spot I had planned to park it in the first place with no problem, I asked her I'd I could get a recipe that I dropped the trailer off, she said she wasn't working so no. I didn't realize that the office was closed when I pulled up, That was 3:00pm I was planning to go in and ask where they wanted it parked but I never got the chance. It was a very bad experience at this location, the female employee who was not working at the time should have minded her own business instead of giving me a difficult time and speaking to me like I was a criminal. Then to make matters worse, un- known to me she and her car full of kids followed me approximately the two miles back to my home and stopped in front of my driveway. This was when I realized it was the same female from the U-Haul facility. I exited my truck and walked over to her car where she had rolled down the passenger window and began ranting again that her kids said I was taking pictures of them. I explained that I took pictures of my trailer rental and it's location since She wouldn't or couldn't give me a recipe. She said again that her kids told her I was taking pictures of them then said That I had no right taking pictures of them. I explained again what I was doing and why, and it was not my intention to take anyone's picture. I looked through the pictures I had taken and there were no people in them, only several of the trailer and of the front of the rental store because there is no name on the front of the store. This Female employee was way out of line and rude from start to finish. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Was a very bad experience, I have rented U-haul equipment many times over the years with no problem.

Vehicle clean. Vehicle was mechanically in need of repairs. I worked for U Haul many years back and I would not have liked this truck being out. The steering wheel had to be held to left constantly to maintains straight driving. Also it shook bad at around 30 mph like it was going to hop off the ground. Then again around 55 to 60/65 truck shook terribly. Bad enough I thought I had a tire going flat or loose wheel.

The lights didn't work on The open trailer I originally rented but I was able to get a small closed one quickly. I was definitely pleased with the service.

Very nice experience. The lady that was always there was always extremely nice and friendly. Always goes above and beyond to make sure your move is an enjoyable one.

The employee there stayed an hour after her shift to assist me bc my phone died and the app would not work on my friend's phone. If not for her I wouldnt have been able to rent the truck.

The place was a bit hard to find, hidden by some trees if you weren't looking closely. Maps app takes you 0,2 miles beyond actual business. Very tricky to back into drop off location. Th woman working there was rude & not helpful

My only suggestion is to have a 24-hour contact number to call the specific location regarding the rental you are using.

Cust ser rep was the rudest person i have talked to in a long time. Very deaming and complained i had dropped the trl in the wrong location. Wanted me to come and move it. I tried to explain my 50 ft m h was to big to maneuver around her lot. She said several times this is not the way we do things down here. This despite she had numerous trucks and vans with hitches that could. Have moved it. I apologized several times but she just kept talking over me. Believe me i will never use or recommended u haul to ANYONE ever. Al Sharp
