I would recommend putting a sign out closer to the street. I almost missed the place since it sits so far back from the road. You can't really be looking everywhere to find a building when you're trying to take care of a large truck that has been rented.

I originally reserved a 26' truck. Received a call the next day and was told it was not available and that I would need to pick up at another location that was almost 20 miles away. Opted for the 10' truck that was available at desired location. Received a call the following day stating that truck was not available and I would again have to pick up at a location almost 20 miles away. Was told by agent that they could not offer price guarantee credit since it was an in-town tow. I did not feel I should have to spend 0,89/mile and gas to pick up that far away. Finally spoke to a supervisor who informed me that the 10' truck was down for maintenance and needed the tire changed, but assured me it would be available. I did get to pick up from desired location (less than a mile from where I was moving from and 4 miles from where I was moving to). Moving is stressful enough, but to have to deal with this in a 24 hour period was ridiculous.

Heartland storage people are great I think they do not have the facilities to maintain trailers. The trailer I had lost lightning part way into my trip. Fortunately your roadside assistance was great, they had a technician to us within am hour and he basically rewired the trailer in very adverse conditions. When we arrived at our destination the door would not open and again roadside assistance sent a technician who was able to open door. He concurred that there was a problem with the door. The next time I will go to a facility that is of the size to maintain equipment.

The owner of this facility refused to put down gravel in the RV parking portion! And then when he decided to expand his facility we were told to back into about 50 feet of mud without gravel or go elsewhere! What a choice! Other than that it was great! The manager goes above and beyond! Great asset to this facility!

Renting a trailer from this place is so easy it'll dang near scare ya. Plenty of room to move around in there with out worrying about running into stuff. The lady that runs the store is very helpful and friendly. The store is as clean as a whistle. The equipment was in great condition and clean.

The person who accepted my truck was very friendly and made me first priority, allowing me to get the final billing for extra mileage finished immediately. The only downside was the small parking area at the location, which created uncertainty as to where I should have parked the truck.

The AC in the Uhaul truck we rented stopped working about an hour into our three hour trip, which was a little miserable in 90+ degree weather. I think the next customer would appreciate it being fixed!

There were no issues with the locations, but only with Uhaul as a company. We tried to return the Uhaul through the self service feature on the website and it would not allow us to upload the photo. We then chatted with a live assistant who was no help, then spent an hour on hold only to be told to call the location in the morning. We spent 2 hours trying to return your equipment after moving all day and it was very frustrating.

Cannot think of a thing! Customer Service Lady very much on the ball and extremely ready and happy to help when remote check in was glitchy on me; not at location when parked at the door, said my selfie too fuzzy. She really took care of me!

Well the rates for in town is crazy expensive. From Shawnee to Harrah is less than 20miles yet wanted to charge 96$ for one way usage. 30$ for the rental than 0,89 cents a mile is also high overpriced and scetchy equipment

No major issues with location except for billing issues and charging me for 2 days and 2 dollies. Major issues were the online check in when picking up the truck. Took about 45min to get verified with digital check on the morning of me needing the truck which cut into my rental time. Couldn't get drivers license verified, phone numbers I added none would allow me to work, why call someone that early, why wasn't this done earlier in the week when I was called to verify the truck. And then get home and no appliance dolly in truck, then I had to call and drive to another location on other side of town to pick up a dolly which again cut into my moving time. This was the worst most terrible experience I have ever had and will never use ugaul again. I would rather move 1 item at a atime and take a week or year to move then rent a uhaul truck again.
