The app is difficult to work with but the call center was extremely helpful.

Elise DThe employees were very nice when I came to pick up the trailer initially and they also extended my trip for one day with no charge which was great. Three things: One, my lights were signaling the opposite when I drove and I could not figure out why other cars were honking at me and I just figured they didn't want to wait patiently behind because this was my first time. This could have cause a serious accident or road rage with another driver. This could have been avoided with a simple check of my signaling and breaking lights. Two, the gentleman I spoke with on Tuesday right before closing was having trouble with the system to extended my trip. He took down my information and said that he would call in the morning and let them know that I would need more time. Not until Thursday morning, I got a call from the Florida location that no one had called on my behalf. Thankfully they were nice enough to make those changes happen for me. Lastly, I was charged for a dolly that I never had. Thank you Harold Lee for fixing all these issues for me.

Lee JNice representative, awful equipment. Old and out dated truck, steering alignment almost caused me to crash along with NO left headlight, unaware until I had to drive it at night and cops pulled me over to work me that it was out. Had to take alternate route which made my drive extremely long. Truck had unkept interior. Very costly for a 24/hr rental close to $300 for a local use. Next time I'll carry stuff on my back before I'd use them again.
