Timothy HReserved an open trailer. When there to pick it up the man on duty, (didn't get his name) after discussing what I was using it for, suggested I change to an enclosed trailer. It was a better fit for what I needed and actually saved me a few bucks. Very good experience!

Javier AThis was a good rental but the rental car place was not open that weekend. Hoffmans bent over backwards and helped we via phone calls. I do have comment about the check in and out process. It's great that this can be done over your phone but did not realize it would add an additional 45 minutes on each side of a very busy day. Thank you for everything and will use u-haul again on the future.

Brandy SNothing, Victor Hoffman is the most accomadating, patient, and interesting person I've had the pleasure to meet in a very long time. If I had not been moving, I would have asked him for a job, just to spend time with him and learn from him. By far, the most awesome rental experience I've ever had, Uhaul or otherwise. He took the time to ensure that all options were explored, went thru all costs in detail, and had my confirmation to me before he hung up the phone. He was on the phone with me for the better part of an hour, half of that time being past normal closing time. ON A SUNDAY NIGHT! If I hadn't been fortunate enough to get in contact with him , I would have never rented from Uhaul again, as the first store I went to was a complete failure. If I were Uhaul cooperate, I would employ Victor as head of training for all stores. The man knows how to treat people and knows the product and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. 5 stars is not nearly enough. Bravo Victor!!!!
pete lUnderstand the total costs better. Charges are now over $300. Where does all this come from? Customers hate hidden costs. Need to understand these upfront. Please forward complete invoice ASAP.

Jodie GI reserved the trailer and checked in on line. The process was easy and quick. The trailer pickup was fast. The uhaul guy clearly explained everything and hooked up the trailer to my car. After a through check of the connection I was on my way. Trailer return was easy. I was very pleased with the overall process.
