The truck had dried muddy footprints I did not mop it out. There was something wrong with the drivers side front tire/wheel. I did not inspect the outside or under the truck hood or fender/tire. I filled it up but did not use even 1/2 a tank. I would have made another trip but driving it about beat me up. They were very nice and helpful at the store. The rates were cheaper than surrounding places.

Owner of furniture store cussed at me and threatened to call the police when I told him it was ridiculous to make a 60 year old man do this alone. He went on to tell me if I didn't like it I could call uhaul! Very rude and lazy people.
Scott KoronichThis transaction was fine. Not a fan of how they conduct business though as a whole. Anything that you have to replace gas in- go rent it somewhere else. They will try to say you didn't put the gas back to where it was and charge you a fortune even after proving it was their mistake. And "it's too late, already charged you. I will make it right next time" Trailers and stuff are okay, but I don't recommend this location for anything other than a trailer.

Mark gibsonDropped trailer on Sunday while location was closed. Location checked it in on Monday. Only issue is that there is a $30 damage fee without any explanation. I emailed to ask for details. Nothing yet. There was no damage during usage. Unless before/after pictures can be provided, expect to have the refund applied soon.

I've rented from U-Haul's in the past and I have never ever been expected to do these things. The people at the U-Haul were friendly but just not helpful. So I would never recommend this U-Haul pick up area to a female.

He told me the main U-Haul people I talked to was wrong and I was able to get the uhaul when his business was closed that they were liars.As a lady he didn't offer to help load the trailer nor did he ask if I knew how. He complained about walking to the parking lot to be sure I had it hooked up correctly. He said it was policy that he take a pic of me with the trailer and I refused. I thought this was creepy. I believe he did take a pic on his cell phone though. My daughter was there too.

This would NOT have happened if the Napa in Williamsburg had been even the least bit professional.
