Ryan CVehicle was clean but there was an engine light on and a tire pressure warning warning light. I was unable to access the odometer on the instrument panel because of these warnings
Scott WTight parking in the back. App on phone wouldn't work to check it in. Think that's an IT issue. The contact at the Pack and Ship was right there to help. Didn't even need to call. For that reason I'd recommend this location.

Adam CI was approximately 30-35 minutes late with my pickup of the vehicle, and then had difficulty getting the U-Haul app to work, in order to pick up the truck. I have grievances with the Inbox & More Pack Ship Print employee that I had to deal with as a result of the cell service issues that hindered my ability to utilize the app. It was approximately 8:45am by the time I decided to give up on the app, and attempt to work with someone at the Inbox & More Pack Ship Print location in order to gain access to the truck. I was informed by this employee that U-Haul has a 15 minute pickup window for reserved vehicles, and that was the rather nasty explanation I received from this employee, as he spoke to me like a child, for why I was having difficulty with the app. This pickup window, may be a misunderstanding on my part, but I could not find anything in the Equipment Contract that provided any indication of this window, nor have I experienced this previously with U-Haul rentals. I will be filing a complaint directly to Inbox & More Pack Ship Print. I do not hold this experience against U-Haul's organization, but I certainly would not recommend this location to any acquaintance of mine.

James HOne thing is to remove the "break the seal to rent" hand truck and moving pads from the truck. I did not ask for them and they were in the way and consumed valuable space. And if I had moved them to eliminate the annoyance, I would have been charged for them. Extremely annoying.

Nancy DThe customer is always right. I called to ask if I can have the truck for an additional day. I expected a yes or no answer. Instead the guy had an attitude and telling me something about if I want the truck for 2 week I should let him know and that he has 17teen trucks out, just rambling. Would never visite this location again. And I use uhaul frequently.. I'm using the truck as my business calls for it. If he would have said no its schedule for some one else I would have brought it in. Is it your policy that you can't call ro extend your time?
george pEverything about the location is fine. The truck was flashing warning for the tire pressure monitoring from the getgo. A 78 000 mile old vehicle is too old. Crank window handles? Power steering the feels like it's manual. The AC cannot keep up. No smart phone connectivity. Really uncomfortable seats. The functionality of the truck was fine.

Steven CThe mobile pickup process was very easy and thw gentleman who worked at rhia location could not have been nicer. He was super helpful and gave me a lot of tips for pickup. The only problem I had was the truck was parked very close to the trucks next to it and the building was pretty close behind the truck so it took me a long time to get the truck out of the spot. I had to hop in and out several times as I was backing up to make sure I didnt hit anything. It took a long time and I was alone so I didnt have anyone to help me get out of the spot. If it had not been for the difficulty getting out of the spot, this would have been a perfect experience.
Lauren MTruck acceleration was very strange. Very inconsistent. I expect it needs repair or maintenance.

The website then crashed midway through my check-in at the disclaimer portion. The app didn't save all my entries. I then went back to the app and it finally worked. It took 45 minutes to check-in online. I should have just gone in to the store it would have been so much faster. Thanks

Mark OThis was my 1st uhaul rental and In and Out Shipment made my experience easy. Andy (the owner) was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, available for questions (even after hours). He fielded all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. The equipment was clean and ready to go. I will continue to use this location if ever in need of a uhaul rental again! Merci.

Arezo Shad to pick up on Sunday so had to use App.. Took quite awhile to get pictures to upload and be excepted.. The key in the key box was stuck and we had to use a pen to unjam the box..

DEBORAH KWhen I called and spoke with a woman, she told me the location has a small truck to rent not a van. When I went there, all they had wax a van. I had to make 4 trips to j load stuffs stead of 2. I was very angry. When I called support to speak with a manager, the guy I spoke with simply put me back in the waiting list instead of transfer me to a manager. It's poor service and dishonest service

The owner personally sees everything is excellent, provides a business card with his CELL phone number on it to call in case of emergency and is very customer-service focused. MARTIN CFriendlier staff at the location also make sure if you notice someone's husband is much much younger than them you don't refer to them as a "son" unprofessional and ridiculous. Staff members name was Andrew
Jeff MRep called me at 9:00 to inquire as to when van would be returned as I told him I expected to be back at 8:30. I returned the van sometime between 8:30-9;00 am and left the keys in the 24 hr return slot. The rep was extremely rude when we talked saying he told me to hand him the keys upon return and kept referring to me as "friend" in a very condescending tone. I never plan on renting from this location again. Rep needs significant training on how to deal with customers.
