It sucked that the server was down and I had to spend well in excess of 90 minutes before I was able to obtain my vehicle. When I called after I spent considerable time finding the phone number, all the messages that I could find everything I needed on the app were irritating as I had already spent a half hour on the app trying to figure things out. After a long wait the people responding were superb considering they were placed in a predicament that they had no control. The company has to look at better ways of responding to customers when experiencing technical difficulties.

The vehicle was pretty dirty (inside/cargo) but thats the same at other locations in our experience. Otherwise the service was great and location very convenient for us. Pick up and drop off was easy.

The traction for the 10 ft uhaul truck was abysmal for the most part, had a hard time making turns in the winter on the ice, got stuck in the snow for a bit after we had unloaded the moving boxes. The dolly was missing and there were used furniture blankets in the back which was not really a problem, customer service guy fixed it quick. When we picked up the truck the online portal for no contact was not working correctly, repeatedly said the session had ended, not a great system. Costumer service 10/10 Truck driving ease 4/10 Truck clean 9/10 Matinence 5/10
