The process for truck share isnt well done via the uhaul app. This caused some confusion when i picked up the truck. The app kept freezing, issues with the location then after i checked in basically made me do the process over and over until i actually logged into the truckshare portion via the website which then gave issues but finally allowed me to get the truck.

David MooreUnfortunately, these questions do not ask about the entire U-Haul. It does not ask about my reservation itself, WHICH WAS CANCELLED BY UHAUL. I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I WENT TO PICKUP THE TRUCK, AND I WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. I RESERVED ONLINE A COUPLE DAYS EARLIER, I PAID IN FULL, WAS GIVEN A RESERVATION NUMBER, PICK-UP DETAILS, ETC. WHEN I ARRIVED, I WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY RESERVATION AND IT WAS PROBABLY CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY HAD THE SAME TRUCK GOING TO NJ THE NEXT DAY. AT THAT TIME I FELT I WAS OVER A BARREL, I NEEDED A TRUCK THAT DAY AND TIME. I HAD TO RENT ANOTHER TRUCK, WHICH WAS BIGGER (THE ONLY ONE AVAILABLE) AND MORE EXPENSVIE THAN WHAT I ORGINALLY RESERVED AND PAID FOR! i I WILL NEED TO RENT MOVING TRUCKS IN MAY AND AUGUST THIS YEAR TO MOVE MY CHILD FROM COLLEGE - THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD I WOULD EVER RENT FROM UHAUL AND I DONT RECOMMEND YOU DO EITHER. I contacted Uhaul 3 weeks ago and they have not responded, so I'm leaving this here.

Kembry McNeil-ThompsonThe only issue, no fault of the facility, was when I tried to return the equipment there was no location services found in the U-Haul app even though wayz got me there, so I couldn't virtually return the truck. That was the ONLY issue. No fault Jackpots. Great service over all and good truck. It was my third truck used in this move and all did well. All locations, pu/do were great. I'll use U-Haul again.
