BENJAMIN MI was supposed to pick up the vehicle at this location. I called them to verify before picking up. I arrived and the same person I talked to on the phone told me the vehicle was not available. She stated UHAUL reservation messed up the reservation. I do not understand when you call a place up and ask if the truck is ready to go and they respond "yes" only to arrive an hour later and find out it was not there.

JOHN SParking was tricky at dropoff to avoid blocking the building entrances and exits. But the site was very clean and well maintained.

Dave FTerrible experience. Got the uhaul at half tank, returned it after using 1 gallon & was charged $29 when it said it would only be $4 a gallon if not filled. Math isnt adding up there. Also paid $7 for a dolly that was never even in the truck, mind you i picked it up at 7am via self checkout so there was no one i could speak with and i was charged for it in the end. I would rather use a pickup truck and take multiple trips than deal with this headache ever again.

Dave NOur truck was clean but the passenger door was in need of repair. That said, the staff was EXCELLENT, as was their service! Even with a glitch in their systems, they were able to complete my RENTAL AND allow an EXTRA DAY when my plans went sideways. Overall, an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!

JEFF BI have scheduled my U-HAUL through Jan Wilkerson the past several times. I have rented U-HAULS for over 40 years and this pickup location is outstanding. Their customer service is excellent as they make sure everything works and the customer is comfortable before departing.

jose aCheck vehicles to make sure there are no warning lights on. The catalytic converter light was on in the first vehicle of choice. The gas gauge was on Empty in the second vehicle.
Kress BI felt your ad for $19,95 + mileage is deceiving. Added charges . I put gas in tank but still charged more.
Mary DWaited forever while they chit chatted when we were the only ones there with a baby and small kid. They goofed off a bit running to the truck like a game when they couldn't find its keys. The dolly wasn't wrapped and neither were the furniture cloths
Olivia RI have rented vehicles ( 2 vans and 2 20'' trucks) and have always found them in good condition, and clean. The one thing I wish I'd get a written estimate at the beginning and at least an email/ texted final statement. Also, I could use uhaul more if you had the vans closer when I just need a van for small moving chores. I had to rent my van in a city 30 miles away, which added 60 extra miles on my bill JUST to be able to use a van- this is a prohibitive cost when just needing the van for a smaller job. However, I would happily recommend d uhaul for moving needs.
