Nellie Jlocation hard to find, had no parking, and truck was parked inches from another truck. Also gas was very empty when I picked up so I had to fuel up immediately before I could use it. uhaul online process was extremely annoying and having to take ten pictures of the truck makes it more work than if they just had a person.
Matthew OOther then the scratches on the windshield the truck was great as well as the pick up and drop off procedure. What I didn't appreciate is having to fill the gas tank after picking up vehicle. A full tank at pick up is not only more convenient for customers, but also makes the return with full tank process easier. As a customer, I don't want to try and guess how much gas I will need to return truck with the amount of fuel that I started with. This seems a bit sketchy and calculated. Again, I don't want to have to fill up your truck when I pick it up. Not convenient at all!

Michael CCars and trucks ought to be inspected before being rented. When I went to open the door to my rental truck, I found a homeless man sleeping in the cabin! Half an hour later, I begin my day off moving... And the truck is given too me with a quarter of a tank of gas, so first thing I get to do is buy gas at a gas station. The man working was diligent and embarrassed, I think, by the situation? I'm expecting a refund promptly! Merci.

Jeffrey SI was very pleased with J and D auto they were pleasant professional and courteous. My problem came with uhaul and my frustration with how non flexible you were with my order. I have rented with Uhaul for several years for bussiness reasons. I was caught in a situation where the convenient thing for me was to extend the reservation. After 3 calls from "scheduling" - Uhaul personnel - I received NO HELP in trying to solve my problem. I raced back - had to field calls while driving and overall very frustrated by the lack o f assistance and understanding I received from your scheduling department. Taking a truck out of town other variables out of my control occur - You would be wise to make that easier- You always get paid J and D auto was Excellent and worked with me!

Denise HThe business was closed , even though the stated hours stated it should be open . We did not know there would not be anyone there to assist with the van rental . Registering to sign out the van online was frustrating and we got going an hour late . We contacted uhaul by phone and were assisted in the process after 15 minute hold on the phone . It would have been less stressful if we could have registered the day before , at home , instead of in the parking lot , with no on site help .

Robert Bcheckin online and on app was horrible. I was on the phone with a rep over an hour unable to get the app and online working to sign the truck out and get the keys out of the lock box. I was extremely late getting the truck out and it host me hundreds of dollars in cost to loaborers that were waiting for me. I never had this bad experience with Ryder, penske or Budget. Will NEVER use Uhaul again Plus I will write a bad review google yelp and your site. Even your phone rep was stumped on helping me. I am a younger person and had problems navigating the app. How do you expect an older person to manage that. You need to make your app and your online check in more user friendly

Sean JCan't think of a thing. I think your company is handling the technological aspects of self check in or out very well. The super duty 27 truck was fairly efficient on fuel and had excellent drivability and power. VERY NICE

ORLANDO AThe location was fine, and the attendant was knowledgeable. I am just disappointed that I was charged for misreading the fuel. There was no way for me or the driver of the vehicle to guage if we were under or over what the pickup fuel was. Putting 3/8 doesn't help. If you put 1/2 or "full", then we know what that is. There is no 3/8 on the odometer, from what I can see.
