JAMES MI totally screwed up leaving the vehicle & forgetting to fill the gas… I felt so stupid after I dropped the keys in the box…. Nothing they could do, as the place was closed on Sunday. All good, though. My fault.

Raymond BI needed the "tie down " loops to secure my load but 1 very important loop was broken and replaced with a piece of wire. I had to make extra stops and buy extra things during my use of the trailer that made it extremely inconvenient. The trailer towed well and was clean.
Noel HI used the do it yourself drop off in the app as I arrived there about 15 minutes after they had closed. I loved this location! There was plenty of space for me to move around and drop off the 6x12 trailer. I personally couldn't lift that heavy trailer off my truck so I needed a use my Jack but I got it done.
Suzanne CMuch cleaner location. Good experience other than my husband having to take ten thousand pictures of the truck and wait for them to be accepted on the app.

ISAAC BI believe the guy forced me to rent a much larger truck than I needed. I only had a refrigerator to move 10 miles...and he said the only trucks he had were 28 or 24 or whatever the biggest truck was, although 2 smaller trucks were on the lot. Yes. They could have been pre-rented, but they were there when I returned. Maybe they were both damaged...but this has happened before. It left me with a less-than-savory taste in my mouth. Please don't share my I.D. with him. I may wish to rent again.
terry iThe transmission would not shift properly. The truck had over 150K and needs an overhaul.
Michael PWhen I dropped off my truck, the app tried to charge me for gas when I input a 3/4 tank as instructed when I picked it up. I was forced to input a full tank not to get charged. When I tried to get this corrected by contacting customer services via chat, Robert, was not helpful at all and very dismissive. He basically told me to just call someone else. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I do NOT want to be charged when the next renter uses that truck and it is at a 3/4 tank as I was instructed to fill it to.

Gavin DTruck was not ready at pickup. I had reserved the truck at 7am and arrived at 7am to pickup. Had to wait an hour for truck to be ready.

Katrina HI was initially confused as to who I was talking to since this particular location is actually a car repair place. They need to answer the phone so that the customer knows they have reached a U Haul rental location.

Beau Pi reserved more than three weeks in advance and the employee gave the only appliance dolly to the first come first serve customer in front of me. I could not move without that dolly. He recommended i go to another store. I had limited time and don't understand the purpose of a reservation if you can't get what you need. Moving is stressful enough without putting up with a location that doesn't care or check contracts for the day to meet customer needs.

CHRIS ILocation rep arrived a few minutes late at 8:00 AM and was not present for drop off, even though it was only 2:00 PM.

Roger AThe truck was dirty and had things in it that they were not even aware of until we picked it up. I was also not informed that I had to do the truck condition online through a text and by the time I seen it, it was too late.
