Jerry was very helpful and informative and helped me through the process after my original reservation was messed up by Uhaul. I was extremely thankful that Jerry had a truck after Uhaul in Tallahassee rented the truck that I had reserved ( Why do they even have reservations if they don't actually reserve the truck for you?!) which caused us to scramble for a truck since we needed to move that weekend!

Joshua TThe most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had first they yelled at us for dropping off equipment when the location claims it’s 24/7 drop off then I had car trouble with the Nissan I was towing the battery had died it was 3 am I was tired no one would help an the only stores open didn’t sell jump cables so I left a note in windshield with my number they called so rude yelling at my fiancé on the even hung up on my grandma threatened us with police an tow so we rushed there to get it got it jumped so I call n tell them I got the car out of there and they said quote U-Haul told us to do that so I would like to no if this is true

Maria MI was not supposed to pick up the truck from this location but had to drive over to puck up the truck as I was told it was the only available in the area. I did even though the truck was in Wakulla county, i was expected to pick up from Leon County.
Robert DWe rented first a trailer and then a 15 ft. truck in our move to Florida. The staff at both pick up and drop off facilities have been so nice. It has been a pleasure dealing with Uhaul.
Donna HDon't tell the costumer to have the truck cabin clean when they return it if it's not clean when they pick it up. The lady who helped me was very helpful and nice and I appreciate her.

Sherry BAgain, add a tongue jack to your 6' x 12' trailers. The tongue weight on these trailers is serious. I had to unhook this trailer by myself. It was all I could do lift it off of my hitch.

Tim VI am pleased with u haul!! If I wasn't on video and they didn't see every move I made then I would say that a picture is not good enough.. Spears small engine repair In crawfordville helped me back up to the trailor and check my lights as well. I young woman there. They get my. Excellent ✔️ It was the trailor hook up that was simple. I was not told about a video at uhaul.com and for some reason my phone couldn't work the sight . so I figured it out as I use to load track vehicles on trains in the Army. Hands on training was the best way. Thanks so much!!!

LIZA WMost large trucks can be tiring to drive. This truck was comfortable and much quieter than other trucks. The lower deck was a breeze to load with. Overall a great experience!

WARREN FThere needs to be better communication between UHaul and the locations. I had to facilitate the check-in information getting sent to the location from UHaul. This took more than four hours of my time and we barely got the appropriate information before two hours before we were slated to pick-up the vehicle. The lady at Jerry's was awesome and actually warned me that UHaul had not sent her anything and it was me calling UHaul that got them to pass along the appropriate information.
Amanda WThis location didn't put down the time I picked up, didn't ask for any I.D. , didn't come check the equipment back in ... her ass meme doing my rental because they forgot to check my ID so they was afraid of getting in trouble with U-Haul and could lose there contract because they didn't check me in right and then had the nerve to charge me an after-hours fee so if they don't get the charges right I will be disputing charges with my credit card company

Kirk DThis was a location we had to go to after our original contract location was faulted by U-Haul and the rental location. The original rental location forgot to include a combination for us to pick up the truck and U-Haul failed to inform us of the issue before we got there. This cost me a lot of extra time and money for a moving crew I hired.

Cathy BI was dropping off on Saturday afternoon so I did not have many chooses. It's a bait and tackle shop so I knew it's not the normal UHaul location.
