Great customer service, something that is becoming rare these days. When I rented the trailer Haley was very professional and explained everything well. When I returned the trailer it was raining. The staff was very efficient and worked quickly. During both the rental and return I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely use this vendor for my next uhaul rental.

Jeff MI think the guys at Jones Farm Supply were great. The they reserved my truck quickly the day prior and when I arrived the day of the rental it was ready and waiting. The return process was explained and I was off within minutes. I couldn't think of anything these guys could do to improve.

ronnie lRyan was terrific. He was in at 6:45 am to make sure we could get an early start. I had talked to him the evening before and explained the predicament were we in. Equipment was clean and ready to go. He gave us directions that saved us some time. Very friendly fellow. It was a bright spot in a dark time.

Pamela KI was overcharged for a uhaul at this location . I rented a 19$ uhaul with 17$ insurance which I quoted online in total for 39 roughly . Forgot my license so I went into location to rent a uhaul & it totaled to 100$ and I didn't drive it past 20 miles or use it past a hour ! Also, the tire pressure was low so had to put air in the tire and the transmission is slipping so I didn't feel comfortable with driving . I'm ok with differential in charges but being a major jump from $40 to $100 for a 15 mile distance is a reach . I took it as a lesson and will not recommend this location or rent again .

Cassandra jThis place was GREAT. Friendly, close to my house. They actually had a MOTORCYCLE trailer. In the past at larger UHaul places I would end up having to get just a large trailer not one spicifically for my motorcycle. Easy picup and return process. THANK YOU

prince uThe representative was very friendly and helpful. However, he did not advise me that I had to complete an online check in of the condition of the vehicle prior to leaving the lot. He said I had 7/8 of a tank of gas, handed me the keys and sent me on my way. Two miles down the road I receive a message on my phone that I failed to complete this check in and the link had expired. Looking at the gas gauge, I only had a little over a half of a tank. I took a picture of this. When I returned the vehicle, the drop off location charged me an extra 57 dollars. I am disputing this. These representatives that rent you these trucks need to be more specific about the check out procedures.

Terence LMake sure you refer the customer to the nearest location.Make sure everything that the customer needs is available,like a dolly a vehicle with a ramp.I had to pay to rent a dolly from a local business hire manpower to lift the furniture into the truck,and the location was 11miles from me and I drove by a location in benson who had at least 6 avalilable Uhaul trucks,and I saw these vehicles the same day I made the resavation,
PHYLLIS STruck was filthy inside and out. Mirrors were so out of align it took me 5 minutes to get them right. My bill went from 65 dollars when I paid to 76 dollars two days later????? Never again will I rent a 19,95 dollar a day to have it cost me $76 for two hours. What a ripoff.
DAVID SRates are toooooo high and I personally wouldn’t rent from Uhaul again… As well if I recommend someone I’m gonna tell them about the high MILEAGE/RATES
