Surprisingly great location, attendant was very helpful, communicative and personable. Pick-up and drop-off where quick and painless, and the location lacks the usual overcrowded U-Haul lot chaos. Would absolutely recommend. 4/5 generally feels more of a trustworthy rating, but genuinely earned 5/5

Flor Evelyn CruzThe operator of the location falsified the mileage of the truck that I rented. I mentioned it on the spot. Took pictures and asked him to change it. He also took pictures and gave me his word that he would correct it before charging me. He didn't. I had to request an adjustment to the mileage after being charged the incorrect amount. This lack of integrity is disgusting, as it has happened more than once. I noticed on previous Yelp reviews, that others had this same problem. If it were up to me, this location should be audited and shut down. One accidental mistake is understandable and can happen to anyone, but this was a blatant disregard of upholding integrity of a contract. I will not use this location again and will be expressing this frustration on any media platform I can access.

Douglas SkorpackEverything went fine. I would recommend a key Dropbox or some type of secure area to place the keys when dropping off. We had to put key under driver seat and hope for the best other than that, everything was fine.

Todd MurphySuper close to where I live which is why I choose this location. The entrance is kind of confusing however because their is a large sign that says 'No trespassing' or 'private property' or something to that affect at the beginning of the driveway, but then their is a small flag that says uhaul on it to the side of the fence. Those guys were cool too though and when we pulled up, somebody told us to pull into the back.
CHRISTOPHER URBANEI have no sugestión, everything was excellent at at this location . The Torres family have a beautiful site and set up to deliver and receive all U-Haul units. They did and outstanding job to receive my unit and close the end of my contract.

Chase EdmondComplaint is not with the Pick Up Location but with the UHaul website booking. When you choose a location and date of truck pickup, it does NOT allow you to choose a different date for Loaders. It automatically picks the date of the pickup. There are no other options that allow to change the date. So, you have to contact movers and pay an extra fee to them to change the date. There are times when you pickup a truck in the afternoon so that you are ready the NEXT day early in the morning for the loaders. Think about that!
Michael PolingFirst- I reserved a truck 2 + wks ago on a reservation. A 15 footer. Had to go 20 miles and a 40 minute drive east from where i lived, to pick it up. There are 3 uhaul CENTERS within 5 miles of where I lived. Not to mention what I reserved and got. Had to tell them I rented a dolly and 5 pads. Got the dolly when I picked the truck up but never got any pads I pd for. To be honest,this was totally BS. Returning the truck was a cluster ???? Too. I had to go 3 miles from my new zip code to drop the truck off and there was a uhaul dealer in my new zip code around the corner. I am cool but just have a problem of sending me to bum ???? Egypt both ways for a simple rental,not to mention I pd for things I never got. Also,no problem with the people I got and returned the truck to. Whom ever set this up I'm sorry is incompetent as hell. I've rented from uhaul many times but this was a total cluster ???? and excuse me for my language, but to be messed with both times in a move of 85 miles and to go half way across the county for this, hummmm?????...
Jerry HertzI reserved a truck at a location in Bastrop for noon on the 18th. I arrived and there was not a person or a truck. I received a text indicating I had to drive 30 miles away to pick up my truck at another location. The trick was not ready until 1:30. I had to pay my movers by the hour to sit and do nothing for 2 hours until I returned with the truck . I ordered 6 furniture pads and a dolly, neither were available but I was charged for them. I have yet to receive a refund.
