The trailer was old and in poor condition clearance lights were not working. Was able to get 3 of 4 lights working before I left. Manager worked hard to try to fix the lights. Equipment was just old and in poor condition. Not a good experience.

April KGas Guage on truck is way off, just a hair below 1/4 tank and it died on highway. Luckily Ron came out, figured Guage was wrong. He brought some gas and it fired right up. That's what you call customer service.

David MNothing this place is perfect. Very Accommodating. Easy to check in early. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching for your U-Haul needs.
Theodore NAir conditioning stopped working halfway through my trip started making horrible noises and was blowing hot air. Had to turn off air/vent system and drive 3 hours with windows down on a hot day. I have health conditions which were exacerbated. Was extremely uncomfortable. Expect to get a reduction in what I have to pay as truck was not in full working condition.

Tammy MI returned after hours and the U-Haul on line return process was confusing. I didn't know all the views of the trailer I was supposed to take pics of until I got yo the last step. Then I got out of the app to my phone camera to take pics and it completed my return before I could upload any photos. I'd better not get charged extra for no photos because the trailer is clean with no damage.
Brian EKris was so kind and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue changing the drop off location. I will definitely recommend this facility!

Dave GMaybe a little more info on what to do when check engine light comes on or where spare tire is located. Didn't have problem, but just in case.

Only reason this is getting 5 stars otherwise if it was a review of U-Haul it would be 0 stars They tried to tell me I couldn't rent the 26ft truck that was clearly sitting in her lot! Offered me a 10ft instead! Not even close to what I needed! Plus their website and app don't work very well. Could definitely use some work on the side of U-Haul but fortunately they have people like Kris to be a buffer between the main business and the customer otherwise I'd probably have taken the hour drive to get a truck from a competitor.
Jason KWe dropped off UHaul very early in the morning and didn't interact with anyone. Location was easy to find, clean and organized, drop box in plain site.
Melissa BFirst of all have someone there who actually do the rental. We had to wait a little over two hours for the lady to get there to do computer work. This made us very late getting started considering we still had to load. I was verbally told what the rate would be and chose to recieve receipt emailed to me. Being I had been told the rental rate and we had been held up better than two hours I did not check the email. When I dropped the trailer of I found out the charges were nearly three time what I had been told. Buyer beware.
