ARGELIO LAGUARDIAThe people at the store were nice and trying to be helpful but the van I rented was not there at my pickup time of 4:00pm, they called the person who had it and he said he was supposed to have it until 4:45pm and would bring it back at that time. This was not great since I had taken an almost 40$ uber to get to the store and didn't feel like wasting more monney to come back at 4:45 to get the van, this wouldn't had been as big of a deal if I had had some place to sit at the store and wait in the AC but since it's a shipping warehouse there was no AC or indoor waiting area so I walked to a McDonalds about 7 mins away to wait. I then arrived back at 4:45 expecting the van to either be there or close to being there, it was not, I waited in the heat and light rain until 5:22 when the van finally showed up. The place I was picking up the one piece of furniture I needed the van for closed at 6:00pm and I was panicking because it was at least a 30min drive to get there. Luckily the men at the warehouse quickly checked in the van from the guy and checked it out to me, they were very sorry even though I was almost in tears. Overall I had an anxiety/panic attack and the day was way more stressful than it should have been because the person before me wasn't considerate, nor planned the time they needed the van for correctly.
