The lady working was amazing and super friendly.

Wesley RobersonI have used and will use this facility often. I am unable to get the app to work on my phone while at this location. The app is unable to locate my position and the facility does not have a location scan code. It would be helpful to have the scan code as well as a note that the app may not work well. The website works perfectly when I am at this location. Have you considered or do have a frequent renter program? Have you considered a program with a monthly fee plus a per use charge? I use your pickups and vans when I need to run a lot of errands and bring home a load of goods. I would definitely be interested in a car share program with Uhaul for use of the smaller vehicles. See you again soon.
THOMAS KEITHThere was a gentleman who came out to help guide me in backing the trailer into the correct spot. He also went over any possible issues I had during my trip to write up in a report. He did find an issue with the trailer lights as it looks like the cable had been worn thin in some spots. Very great customer assistance.
Bradley WheatBudget modified my reservation the night before and did not notify me in any way. When I showed up to budget they had a van for me that was not going to work. Made a last minute reservation with U-Haul down the street. They were super professional and price was even more affordable. Easy check in/out process.

Jane MirandetteHave the truck warmed up and ready at the pickup time. If I complete documentation online do not spend 10 minutes asking the same questions over again. Most importantly, have fuel tanks at FULL. All vehicles should be given out full and returned full. Picking up a truck that is low on fuel, trusting a fuel gauge, and then immediately having to go get gas is rediculous.

THOMAS CLEARYUpon booking a certain site At Kings on Mulberry - Somehow your system and or a person switched my pick up to another location. I did not know this. Upon arriving at the location that I CHOSE my reservation for, it had been transferred 10 miles away to another location. As a consumer i chose this specific location for various reasons. Don't change reservations unless you get actual verbal confirmation. It was a hassle and a waste of my time to cancel the reservation at one spot i did not chose then start another one. I booked 5 days in advance just to avoid all this. Yes this pissed my off.

Sophia RosebrookMaking sure that on evening returns. If they have all the trucks pull forward so that you can back a trailer into one of the trailer spots. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to leave the equipment but we managed to get it in the right place. Still an excellent value and great customer service.

kimberlee imigI have rented from u haul before and never had to buy a 7 prong to a flat type adapter. Other locations had them to loan. I had to buy it on the spot for $16! I will not go back to this location!!

Anthony CurtisHad a reservation for 12 was told to use the app to pick up my truck. Could not get it to work after 2 hrs and several phone calls to u hual. They changed my reservation for 2 hrs later and sent me to a location where an actual person was working and they were super awesome! Even called me to let me know I left a ring in the truck!

The truck worked fine, but now we have a mess on our driveway. We told the agent, and she was very nice. We are happy with the location and the staff. Just might need to maintain that truck a bit better...
