I reserved a 20 foot truck and the reservation at the location showed up as a 10 foot truck. My confirmation showed a 20 foot truck and I showed the location manager, but they only had a 15 foot truck. I do not blame the location, but I do blame the online reservation service. I tried to call and was directed to the online reserving. Once my reservation was made the confirmation email came back with a different location than I requested.

U-Haul advertised off hours mobile check in via the Uhaul app. App requested I scan the barcode upon arrival at the pick up location but there is no barcode. Luckily the gas station just opened and the person inside arrived earlier than normal and he was able to help me gain access to the truck assigned to me. Had he not been early to work yesterday it may have been very troublesome getting access to the truck

Picked up the truck with 1/4 tank, and provider refused to fill. Did not have one of the two furniture dollies I paid for. They failed to provide a refund. They were very rude and unwilling to help. At a bare minimum, the trucks should be left full, picked up full and dropped back off full. Not trying to 'estimate' how much gas you will need / use. It was a terrible experience all around. Will never use again.

I used uhaul last year around the same time for the listed price for rental. I feel I paid around $45 for about 4-5 hours. We even put gas in it as requested. 9/23 we rented again from uhaul for the same vehicle, however this time we were chsrge

The man at the desk was condescending and acted very annoyed at my questions in person and on the phone. In addition, my receipt price was listed as one price, but my account was charged almost double.

The owner was very helpful and fun to work with. We had a good experience and would use this location again. Only issue we ran into was no answer at the phone number to confirm the rental. But the owner was there in the morning and all was ok. We just weren't aware we needed to go inside to get the keys.

Not happy. Fuel meter disclosure showed as fuel tank half full. When in fact, fuel tank was 1/4 full. I need $55 refund for fuel discrepancy.

The service person (didn't get his name) was great. However, the Uhaul app is terrible and, frankly, a waste of time. Just reserve the truck and then go talk to the person located at the location.

Asian individual who was there during pick up was extreeeemely rude. I was taking a video of the condition of the truck i was renting, noting all damage when he came out and started rushing me. He said pictures weren't necessary because it was his truck. He also kept saying move move truck move truck now because he was trying to rush me out to get the next individuals drop off in the spot i was occupying. Extremely rude during drop off as well. The truck was filthy inside and out with only half a tank of gas. No customer service whatsoever, no thanks as a courtesy. Horrible horrible customer service

Did not received a full tank gas. The check engine light was on but owner assured me the truck was fine. The truck struggled all the way home(1700 miles) as a result of bad emission.

I think this location is very attentive to the customers needs. They are very understanding in the event that a customer requires an extension on a rental. Area of improvement, answering phone calls in a timely manner. I had to call three and four times before someone would answer the phone.

If i could rate this sinclair station lower than zero, i would. we were told by uhaul, when we called, to deliver truck here because it was open until 7. we arrived about 5:10, and there was note on window "back in 25 minutes." we waited half hour before some guy showed up and then he told us he closed at 5.. why the heck were we TOLD it was open until 7. either Uhaul sadly negligent in giving information or the guy lied to you. i'll never use uhaul again, and my kids, both in 20s, will be moving multiple times yet when i'll be helping. this fiasco undoubtedly cost uhaul thousands of dollars in future fees i would have, but no longer will, pay.
