Very causal but not reassuring.

Jamie YTow dolly had a broken wheel fairing and one of the brake lights (LED) was partially burned out, only illuminating half of the light. Other than that, the lady at the front desk was really nice.

Brian sPeople super friendly and helpful but was charged for extra 3 miles. I think the estimated mileage at pickup place could have been more accurate. Did not make any extra stops but instead of going through center of Houston pulling an auto transport I chose to take toll road which added extra 5 miles. Toll road charged me $20 to go through 4 pay stations.
allen fGuy that helped me unload trailer was very nice, but lot was not conducive to navigating with trailer. Lady inside didn't seem to have time for me and didn't give me a receipt or know about the U-Haul go app. I had to contact customer support twice to get receipt. And, explained very matter of factly that I paid for 5 days and there is no refund for returning the trailer 3 days early. One way trailer is way too expensive in my opinion. Customers should pay by the day!!

Richard BPick up and drop off locations were excellent. Uhaul.com was a disaster. We were notified 1 day prior to scheduled pick up that our location changed to 45 mins to an hour away. Why give an option of places to pick up if equipment is not available at those locations. Uhaul needs to re-haul this process!

BADR BPaper receipt acknowledging delivery of the vehicle would be better than having to wait for an email. What if there was an issue? Shouldn't I know that immediately?
john GOur initial reservation was pick up in Spring, but they did not have a trailer for us. Christina got reservations involved and they found us a trailer on Grant Rd, 40 minutes away. Lady from reservations called me to confirm we could make the timeframe. Off we went. Get there and they have no trailer. Reservations had put the time in for 11:30 pm not am. Reservations lady I called found us a trailer at Lance's Pro Plus and they were very friendly and helpful and efficient. That said, something is terribly wrong with U-Haul's system. The snafus cost us time and arrangements had to be made to allow for the U-Haul errors. U-Haul will not be my first choice ever again.

Robert FLocation was closed when trailer was dropped off, but they checked in the trailer immediately upon opening the next day. The uhaul online checkin was useless so I had to wait on hold 20 min to be told send a picture of the unit via email.

TERI LThe back doors did not close properly. One of the hinges is apparently bent. It was functional but it was difficult to close those back doors.
William BUhaul was not clean. Food under seat ashes on dash an floor and passenger door. Tire was bad found out 4 hrs down the road when we had to sit for 2hrs waiting for repair guy an him to fix. Think uhaul should compensate.....

ROBERT BThe drivers side windshield Was scratched pretty pretty good from poor wiper blades. I had to clean all of the hazy Inside glass. A common problem with U-haul trucks. I paid for rental of 12 blankets and only 7 were in the back for use.
Allen BIt is not what I would consider a PRIMARY U-haul facility, and as such has limited inventory of available equipment. Therefore, it may not be a "first choice" for someone wanting to rent equipment.
jeffry BLances' accidentally left blankets from a previous move in the trailer. We did not notice this until we had the trailer and began packing. We left the blankets at the destination drop off point.
Joel NThe staff at Lance's Pro + rented me the 4X8 trailer and went outside and assisted me with hooking it up to my hitch. I was very appreciative with this. Once the lights on my car were confirmed to be working on the trailer, I was on my way. Thanks a lot Lance's Pro +. I would recommend you to others who need a U-Haul truck or trailer.
Jonathon KWe payed for a dolly but it was not in the truck. We had to borrow a dolly from the apartment complex in Dallas to unload the truck. Very disappointed.
paul hHelpful and friendly staff at this location. A comment for U-Haul is to have more readily available communication/information for trailering/towing options that address posted speed limits well in excess of the trailer's limits. Having a 55 mph max speed (or tire speed rating of "J", or 62 mph) is really not practical, or safe for that matter, to drive on freeways with 75 mph posted speed limits.
Andrew CI have used this location a few times before and they have always been great.
