Owner was top notch. Had everything ready to go. There are 2 other uhauls closer to me. The drive to Big Steve's place is worth it.

Micah HI showed up at the location, in a residential neighborhood. There is NO office, NO personnel, just U-Haul equipment in a lot. There is a "Return" sign that points at a house on the right, and that neighbor was in his yard, so I asked him. His answer was "I have nothing to do with U-Haul". I went to the house on the left and on their door was a sign that indicated, "This is NOT U-Haul", but that sign offered a phone number, even though they had nothing to do with the situation. I had to call to get "Steve" to drive to the place to acknowledge my return.

Virginia ECalled location directly rather than reserving on the website. He was very profession/helpful. Told him we would rent from him again when the need arises.
Greg PMake your drop off location the same as your name of your business or change something to make it easier for others to deal with that are hauling trailers!! Also don't block drive way or entry exit. We'll you only have one and when your lot is full we can't park on the street so make accessibility. I had to make room for my trailer so I wouldn't block other trailers and truck!!!

He also never checked my rental in so I was in the system as not having picked up the rental. I hate to think what would have happened if there was an accident of some kind.

I was very indecisive as to when I wanted to do this haul but U-Haul was available up to the last minute of me deciding to go ahead and get this dreaded task done! Mr. Simons was available immediately and fixed an error I input. Hooked up my equipment and ensured the safety of the equipment. Thank you for the availability instantly!

Arvel BUsing the system by phone was different but followed the instructions on the video and email so went good. Take photos while completing the return form. Locked up and dropped key in the box. Done! We'd do it again. Mahalo!!

Kimberly JCheck back it was after hours. I think you need to explain to customers that they're gonna have to take photos of mileage, inside of the vehicle, gas level etc. People that don't have a phone would not be able to do after hours.
SANDRA LThe 5x8 trailer I rented. Had a vericke sliding door. The door opened fine it once we were finished loading we weren't able to pull the door down. The locking mechanism on the door was preventing the door from closing. We had to use a pty boot to get the door to go down/close properly.
