When I was on the web site, I checked that I needed an appliance dolly. The web site came up with a lot of extra charges by default. I cleared out all the defaults. I think that action may have also cleared my my request for the appliance dolly. This location did not have dollies. So I had to go to another location to rent the dolly. This took time out from my budgeted 4 hours, potentially leaving me to pay for more time than I reserved. So maybe it was really a problem with the website, but it was an inconvenience to me that this location had no dollies.
