Pickup and return process was not as promised. There is no counter pickup available despite what is indicated when booking online. The app doesn't work well so you have to call customer service, turning what should be a 10 min process into a 30 minute ordeal. They did not have a furniture dolly even though I booked and paid for one. The staff here are as helpful and accomodating as they can be, but its clear that whoever manages this place puts no effort into supporting their uhaul operation.

The place is disaster and my experience was horrible. Close it down.

ARSEN SThe drop off was a gas station so it was as clean as it could be. The guy who helped me return the truck was amazing. He was so very helpful and knowledgable. The drop off was easy and a new process for me but overall it was quick and easy.
Nakia DU-Haul can give me a time estimate in advance for how long it will take to check in - it was my first time and it cut into like 15 minutes of the reserved time, which was fine but I would have started the booking later or arrived earlier. Otherwise great
