No one at this location knew what was going on. When asked, they had no idea anything about U-Haul. I tried to contact Uhaul. Calling, getting transferred and having the call dropped multiple times became very frustrating. Once the person who handles the trucks finally came, it ended up he didn't even have the truck I ordered. I got in contact with U-Haul again, and they told me the nearest truck to me that I needed was a 40 minute drive away. A disastrous morning.
