Parking lot condition is ridiculous. Staff is useless Equipment is sub par but good enough lol Probably worst uhaul experience yet and I've had some doozies. Buuuut I'm cheap and so are you guys so I'll continue to rent trailers from uhaul until it financially makes sense for me to buy my own.
Josh Bucklerthe overall customer service at this location really sucks. the truck wasnt started and the trailer wasnt even pulled out and hooked up to the truck. once i called in and complained about the service things finally got going but the people running this location dont have a clue on canadian principles

John HarrylockThese people seemed very stressed out, it may have been a miscommunication between head office and this outlet. There seemed to be an unclear instruction to what was going on with moving van and possible damage. It got cleared up from head office. We tried a few times to clear up the rental situation but did not feel listened to. But in the end it all worked out. Moving is stressful and after a long day we were still grateful that UHaul exists!

Leah VandervinneIt is not the location that's the problem. It is the general company and how it is set up to scam (do business). I had ordered for a 26 ' truck 3 weeks prior and was notified only 2 days in advance that I will only be receiving a 15' with a little 4x8 trailer. If my order can not be filled appropriately or even close to, I would have appreciated at least a week notice so that I could have made other arrangements that would have been more reliable and able to actually do the job I needed done as uhaul was completely inefficient ( a joke really) and I have to make further plans to move the rest of my belongings. I will NEVER use this company again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone else. Uhaul is despicable.

Michael Glen SigmanI spent 45 minutes doing the online rental agreement with copies of both sides of my driver's license and the guy at Leader Esso still took about 25 minutes to do the whole thing again. Really upset me as you recommend on line check in. Maybe someone should show the Esso employees in Leader Sask. how online checking works. Very little training there obviously. Don't recommend that place!

keith herbertEverything was fine ! Thank you Leader Esso ! 1 thing though... The upside down piece of grating that is just outside the front door is super slippery when it is wet or slightly covered in snow. I slipped on it myself and went flying ! Whacked my hand against the wall and broke a nail ! lol... (but what if it was an elderly lady ?) Because of where it has been placed it's an accident just begging to happen ! We know it's there so people can scrape off their muddy/snowy boots but it should be either moved or framed (make it a visible "step up") so people would know not to step on it accidentally...

Jody SeeBooked Truck a month in advance for pick up in Swift Current. Got a call from U Haul 2 days before pick up date telling me there was no 26' truck available and the nearest one was in Leader, 150 KMs away. I had to have someone drive me up and bring the truck all the way back to Swift Current 300 KM round trip. Only compensated me $46 for fuel for the moving truck and no apology for not having it available. Seemed like quite an excessive drive, should have had someone drop it closer for me, or bring it in as was not a short notice reservation. Truck worked great and staff at Leader were pleasant
Russell PerfectHave trailers checked before renting out!! Trailer bracks were cooked when I picked up trailer in Leader Sk. Just made it to swift current before pieces started falling out of drum. Was told that they would get me another trailer asp never heard from anybody again . Had to rent trailer fr Flamans and would do so again . I figure u haul should pay me for taking trailer to fountain tire in Swift as there was no one to fix trailer in Leader
Murray DykunWe returned the trailer a day early and we did not receive the $50 credit we were told we would get. The U-Haul rep said someone would phone me next day to resolve but I haven't received a call yet
Jennifer ScottThe person who signed me in didn't seem to know how to register or use the sign in program. It took quite a while to signed in and on the road. He was very kind though and apologetic though. Seemed like he just needed more training.

hyun jae LeeHad a terrible time trying to rent the uhaul at this location. Went to pick it up and they said we didn't have it rented. And didn't try to help with the problem. When I called into uhaul they were excellent to deal with and resolved our problems. I don't think the location as a whole is bad but the employee we had to deal with had no idea how to handle anything with the uhaul portion of the business.
Treena Redmantrailer was filthy, tires/wheels were coated in mud. increased probability of over heating resulting in catastrophic failure. interior was very clean. spent 20 dollars to clean.

JAMES TOWERI waited for an hour and a half in the Leader Esso to pick up a truck and trailer, and had to give my personal information repeatedly. Was overcharged compared to what was quoted. Staff was rude and they were more concerned with loading their own trailer to their car than helping me with mine. Gas guage was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, he snapped at me that I would fill to where it was marked.
