OMER MApple Maps shows the location at the opposite end of town. Google maps showed it in the correct location. Not sure if anything can be done with that.
Weldon MTell them the miles you give them to drop off the equipment are not enough and that they will be charged 1 dollar for every extra mile they drive.

LARRY KThe location was not accessible during hours with no communication on where to put the key. Manager in charge of it was very rude and inconsiderate of the fact that she should of explained it thoroughly what to do after the Uhaul is finished and needs to be parked. She made me feel very inferior and I did not appreciate it. Poor customer service. The actual truck was clean and well put together, along with being easy to maintain.

Glynnis SI had to drive an extra 40 miles to turn the truck in otherwise pay an extra $50+ which made no sense. This is not on the Fairfield facility but on UHaul itself. There is a return 10 miles away from my house but wound up traveling an extra 80+ miles in lieu of paying the extra fees

STEVEN APut a jack on trailers when I got to my destination nobody could help me dolly down trailer. Called 3 times and nobody picked up or offered to come help. Found a piece of pipe on ground to help me dolly the unit off my vehicle.

Robert MI rented the car dolly and the ratchet strap needed wd40 sprayed on it just to get it were it would ratchet. Im a truck driver so i see that all the time and was used to doing that from time to time. But other renters might not know what to do. Or mightt not have acess to lubricant. Other than that very minor thing everything went smooth.
John JWhen I had a problem about being over charged the lady on the phone argued with me telling at me and hung up on my refused to answer the phone called on a different phone she answered once when she realized it was us on the phone she would refuse to answer the phone she did not talk to us like a worker should to a customer

DANIEL JLena was the Best! She was so friendly and very helpful. I had a breakdown the night before with a car I had just purchased near Houston. I tried to call Enterprise Rent a Car and believe it or not they didn't have a car I could drive back home to Illinois. I will never rent from Enterprise again! However not only did Lena have a truck to drive back, she had one of her employees deliver the truck to me at the hotel. He was very nice as well and I would recommend Lena to anyone.

kamela aOur car broke down and we were stranded in Fairfield, TX on Christmas eve. Even though the office was closed, Lena rented us a pickup so we could get home to Houston for Christmas. Lena is a hero.

Randolph STrying to rent a cargo van our if Corsicana was a disaster and the reservation in Ennis for the van was a disaster because the person who rented it previously decided to keep it longer. Get a cargo van in Fairfield Texas.
STEPHANIE TAfter-hours Truck return was horrible. Uhaul website would not acknowledge return location. Could not get through on the telehone. Chat option was used twice. I received no assistance either time.

MICHAEL GThe 6 by 12 trailer had a fender brace hanging loose it easily detached and I put it inside the trailer and I video taped everything for documentation. This is no reflection on this company they were great
James HWe had to wait behind a line of customers at the dog kennel and it put us behind schedule. The tire was low and we had a terrible time trying to add air and fix-a-flat to try to make it the rest of our trip.

Stephen WThe address you have on file for this location is a vacant lot in the middle of nowhere. When I called to find out they said they have been trying to get it changed in the uhaul system with no success. Please help them put the correct address in your system so other people don't end up in the middle of no where like I did.
Brad PWas supposed to pick up from other place but they never showed up and lenas helped us out. The other place was horrible but lenas saved the day.
