24/7 Pickup-Checkin didn't work at all. Terrible website, kept timing out and running circular, starting over. Service at the counter corrected things, but ended up delayed 45 min. Still waiting to see if I'll be charged $20 convenience fee because check in website didn't work

Joshua CheadleDrop the check-in\drop-off using the phone app. This is just another case of putting the work on the customer under the guise of convenience. It is onerous and time consuming. Simply staff your locations properly and put the work back on your own employees where it belongs and not on the customer.

Matthew HendrixThe place was closed when I got there, even though they were supposed to be open per their hours online. No one onsite, no call or prior communication to let me know they would be closed, no one answered the phone; just a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed that day and no other info. Thankfully when I tried calling them and they didn't pick up, the call eventually went through to a uhaul rep in a call center, and she was able to help me get the rental squared away, as the key was left in a 24/7 drop box. But once again, the storage facility owner did not let me know that this was the case. I actually panicked. And I needed to rent some moving blankets from them too, but was unable to because they were closed. Thankfully another uhaul dealer in town was able to give me some, but I had to waste valuable moving time in the process, as I was on a tight schedule. I've moved a lot in the past 7 years, and this was easily the worst experience I've had yet. I will never use this place again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Earl BachmannAssociate was curt, the return time for equipment is 9pm and I was instructed to have it back by 4. However, upon further discussion I was told to leave it at the drop off location outside the door. Otherwise an easy transaction and equipment, and office was well maintained.

The lady looked it up on the computer and said we were supposed to take it to another location. She didn't want it and had no room for it. I went back to get the contract, in the meantime she told my daughter that it was time for her lunch and she had to go to the bank. She left my daughter at the location alone. Horrible service.

Bruce KramerUhaul trailers have no jack. They are very painful to lift onto the hitch from the ground. This trailer had lights not working but still hot the job accomplished. I just wish they had a jack or even rent one that fit.

TREVOR HARDINGThe truck was parked so that getting into the truck was difficult because the cab of the truck was in a non-lev position. Also, for those of us with agility problems, the trucks need a fold out step ladder to get in them.

Eric BindnerI left the truck here and placed the keys in the after-hours drop box. The uhaul after-hours rental process needs help. No one informed me that I would have to complete information online. Uhaul needs to clarify policies and make sure customers are made aware of them.
John LihwaI was shocked and extremely disappointed there was no cruise control on the truck. This made my long trip very hard and challenging. I was not made aware there was no cruise control or if it was an option or not.
