The truck spelled like complete cat piss in the cab and the back of the truck wasn’t cleaned out properly

The U-Haul representatives at both pickup and drop off locations exceeded all my expectations! They were extremely helpful with guiding me through the reservation process as well as the return process. 10/10 - no complaints whatsoever. Best U-Haul experience I've had.

Truck was dirty had hair in the back of it, workers were rude. I booked a 1-2 bedroom apartment uhaul as was given the smallest one, when mentioned to the employee I was told oh well there is nothing we can do everyone wants to move today.

Was charged for a dolly and never received one. Also filled the tank to specified amount and was still charged a fuel fee. Will not use this location again.

The girl who was there when I dropped off the truck was an absolute delight and very helpful.

The lady in the morning when we picked up the truck was great. However when we returned the truck they charged us a $25 cleaning fee. Which was absurd. We swept the back out and folded all the moving blankets like the sticker said. They charged us for the floor mats being a little dirty. Well I don't keep a vacuum in my purse. So yeah a little dust/dirt from shoes is normal. And the charged me $15 for gas when I was 1 000 000 % sure I left it on half tank where they left me. I had to jump inside several times while pumping to make sure it was at exactly half. I've rented uhaul 4 times previously (not from this location) and had no issues. The guy I talked to on phone was rude as hell. To me and my 73 yr old mother. Totally unacceptable and I will NEVER rent from this place again.

Tried to charge me for more mileage because they wrote the number wrong even though the email stated the actual number. When started driving tire pressure was low.

What I would not recommend is the app pick up and having to call multiple times because no one had a clue. Having my reservation time cancelled without my knowledge and putting us two hours behind in our move. The ladies at Ace took care of us and were wonderful. Your telephone staff, hung up on me and seemed no one knew what was going on.

I went inside to tell Brian that I was returning the trailer. He said just unhook it and you are good to go. I asked if I needed a receipt and he said no you are good to go. I reluctantly left without a receipt for the trailer return. I was called a couple days later from someone at uhaul asking me when I was going to return the trailer. I told this person that I returned it on the day I was supposed to return it. She said that it was not showing returned. I told her to call Brian where I dropped it off. I never heard back from her.

Highly reccomend this site. Helpful pleasant and nonissues. I chose this over Solo on. Howard street because Solo i generally not pleasnt and easy drop off. They complain about too many drop offs. They are closest to me but ii dislike the attitude. Ive done this rental several times before

Have an employee do the hookup for seniors. Those 6x12 trailers are very heavy. An employee helped me unhook it on the return which helped tremendously.

Truck leaked either break fluid or transmission fluid on my driveway. Now I am left with vehicle fluid marks that I may not be able to remove.
