Interior was dirty when received so I cleaned it out before returning. I did not have a vacuum cleaner, so I just did the best that I could. Easy pickup/return.
Theresa FIt is a small local operation run by a very capable, customer-focused father and son team. Good equipment selection. What they lack in size and location is made up for in capability.

Travis OOur pick up location was changed three times on this trip. The Tonopah location was friendly and we quickly got our trailer but having to pick it up hours away from our original Henderson, NV location was very inconvenient.
NATHANIEL MWe reserved a trailer in Bishop Ca. 3 and a half weeks in advance. Two days before we were to pick it up we were called and told the trailer wasn't available. It wasn't until I raised hell that they made the effort to find one and I had to drive over 5 hours round trip to Tonapah Nevada to pick it up--The Bishop dealer should brought to their location. .

Jim KThis location was excellent. U-haul corporate was terrible. Everything they told me was a lie. The people at the Tonopah location saved the day. Avoid u-haul corporate at all cost.

Timothy HI was told auto trailer was hooked up...found safety chains not connected, electrical connection not connected. One trailer tire with low air pressure, corrected before trip. Vehicle and trailer was available which was convenient to my location!

Angela MOffered 2 extra days. I said no. Then later found I needed them, as I am disabled and it look me longer than I thought to go thru 4 states. I called and called leaving messages. No response. It cost me another day. Bad customer service. "Office" is in their house. Cluttered, dirty, and smells, not comfortable at all!

JEAN FI dropped the trailer a week later I get a call asking when I was going to drop off the trailer. I will tell you this the location people are fine. The national call group is a total waste of time and should be shut off or improved. I will not call in to the national line again for any reason

They worked with my tight budget and found exactly what I needed. I greatly appreciate the help they gave and will happily recommend them to others.

IAN Mthere were problems with the tire from the time we left tonopah Nevada to roseburg Oregon. A rear inside passenger tire kept loosing air. which made for a very bumpy ride. the truck was difficult to handle and required being filled numerous times during our travel. we were also hauling my car on a trailer in the back, again which made the very low tire difficult to handle. Please make sure that this doesn't happen to another person. Luckily God made our travels safe.
JAMES Htruck need alignment would have handled much better on the road. But it was a great experience
