Have more type of trucks maybe

ROLAND BFront Desk Receptionist Marie very rude. Not customer friendly whatsoever.. U- Haul Van had warning light on. Indicating tire pressure was low, which caused concern for me. Marie replied "It's ok don't worry about it". Last but not least Marie stated I would receive a email for my receipt. I responded thank-you. I sat outside several minutes waiting for it to come through. Marie never sent it. I then went in to let her know there was no email sent, but my checking account alerted me of the transaction. In case Marie would try to adjust the final payment owed. My honest opinion is Marie is in the wrong field of work. She doesn't like her job , and keeping her greeeting customers and working with customers will cause more bad reviews for the Marina Reservation Location. A lot of people don't take the time out to respond to reviews, but i do. Respectfully Sharon Peet.

Lenard HMarie at the store was incredible - I had to extend by a day, and they made pick up and return so easy. She is very professional, and super nice. I was lucky enough to get a virtually brand new van so I would say don't change a thing.

William BWebsite said that the location had an dolly. When we went to pick up the truck and the dolly the location said they did not have one. Not the location fault. Wish uhaul website actually had what locations have and what they don't have to prevent issues like this.

Matthew HThe lady in the office was very rude and had an attitude when we picked and dropped off when she asked for the key to the truck to check the gas i gave her the key and causally told her the truck was unlocked she then shoved the key in my face and said i need to check the gas very rude and disrespectful.
