When I made reservation on March 27th, I selected Tiger MasterLube as pick up location, then I was notified by U-Haul that I should pick up the rental at Clark Construction, but when I arrived they said there was NO truck for rental, then I was notified by U-Haul to pick up at Convenient Thrift Store, but when I arrived they were not aware of my rental. They eventually delivered a 15 foot truck. Truck ran fine, but after driving 500 miles, I realized that the Brake Lights did NOT work!!!
