I was charged $10 for a dolly when I did not order or receive a dolly. This is a scam of some sort.

The mobile app is not as user friendly as it needs to be, so it was annoying that the location was unmanned. Apart from that this was a good experience.

REGINALD BDrop off after hours and U-Haul app kept erroring out and wouldn't upload pictures. Could not use the U-Haul app for drop off. Extremely disappointed
Krystal TI was 1hr late returning the uhaul, they had no other reservations and I made them aware ahead of time. I was charged another $20 rental fee and another $15 insurance fee for the extra hour. This was not told to me I only found out when I received my final bill via email. I have rented uhauls numerous times and never experienced this.
VICTORIA SThe online checkin process was significantly delayed. I'm not sure if it was the area or the site moving slow but it took 40 minutes to finally get everything done online from uploading ID pics to confirming the odometer. The process was not seamless.
