The communication was slow from sales rep to U-Haul. It could be a little faster and much appreciated, but the business itself Meadows were excellent, pleasant caring concerning and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Place was convenient and out of the way. The ability to turn a full size truck and trailer was nice. Some corners were tight but doable. Lighting was great. Staff was ALWAYS helpful; from start up to move out they were very helpful and nice. Only ding would be 24 hour access and some work to help prevent large puddle build ups around some of the units. Not deal breakers by any stretch.

The only issue was that I needed a U-Haul locally in Pryor. Called a week ahead and they said we would have to rent in Claremore costing me a lot of miles I should not have had to pay for. About 90 % of my miles and fuel was because Pryor could not accommodate me a week out. Very frustrating. The lady in Claremore was very nice.

The air conditioning in this truck did not work, making it a very uncomfortable 2-hour ride to OKC, and later two hours back to Claremore. The lady at the office was nice and friendly but never mentioned that the A/C didn't work in the truck. We were extremely disappointed and a bit upset about this, but since it was the only truck they had I kept it.

I rented the trailer to pick up a new zero turn lawn mower Which as it turned out was too wide to fit on the trailer. I returned the trailer within one hour the store was closed when I got back. I am requesting a refund please!
